on the one hand, the video in question seems to imply the company is against the practice, framing it as something only a psycho would do.. (the music, which repeats the line "she's a psycho" repeatedly is a big tipoff)
...on the other hand, the companies response (thanks u/TheImpossible1 ) is the usual "have our cake and eat it too" damage control that comes out when you say something that pisses people off, but you're afraid to alienate people who thought the idea you presented was perfectly reasonable...

I'm sorry, but the law may be opaque, but there's no ethical grey area here. This is just wrong. If you're going to make a stand, make a stand, don't pussyfoot around the issue.
