Earth, the Moon, Mars is a reasonable power base for mankind over a span of a few hundred years. After that things get real tricky but there’s several moons around to colonize in the outer planets, assuming we can get some solid radiation shielding. After that though, we’re going to need to start messing with fundamental laws that DO NOT like to be messed with to go anywhere else.
Venus is the least habitable planet in the solar system. Assuming a realistic style technological base the only thing in Venus are automated research stations.

Are they “stealing” training data or are these other companies inputting specialized problems to Claude with answers and solutions that can be used to back out Claude’s internal logic/processes? It sounds more like the latter to me.

Conscription only works when you have a high threat enemy right next to you. Frankly I’m surprised the US had it so long via the draft, considering what happens when you force people into the military isn’t great.
