Raise a child with two loving parents, don't do drugs, and eat a balance diet, and you'll see most of this "systematic racism" disappear.

However, even in America, the dominant male figure seems to the most violent in the vicinity. Inidividually there are certainly exceptions, but African societies seem to have a different family structure that we can see reflected in America. A group of mothers, and men who fight and die. Their worst aspects have been exacerbated by policy. Not a government they'd ever form on their own.

What we see now, is an attempt to find something they feel comfortable with, and it will severely chafe most European descendants.
