I feel like arguing in favor of denying healthcare to the unvaccinated is almost virtue signaling to some degree. How taxed have ICUs been in general? I am sure there are some that hit capacity, but I know a bunch with plenty of beds.

For my state, we have been right around 58% ICU capacity used for some time now. The issue of scarcity has yet to be an issue, with the ICU usage only increasing by a few percent.

Aren't ICUs generally setup to run at a certain percentage of occupancy year round for cost savings reasons? Most places I have looked up the numbers show that the vast majority of people in the ICU are there for unrelated issues.

Take a look at NY's ICU numbers.... 5k beds, 3k used for non-covid and 500 for covid patients. (https://archive.ph/lXRRm) Where's the problem?

My point is authoritarians spouting off about their control fantasies is fucking frightening, but as of yet it seems that scarcity has yet to be a real issue. (not to discount the real possibility that availability of resources will stop these fags from taking away peoples rights some more)

Its always hilarious to see the people who prattle on and on about racism and oppressed peoples and all that bullshit start saying shit like "House Nigger" to the first black person that disagrees with them. Nutzo.

I sincerely hope that there is enough of the American spirit left in pockets of the US to resist these measures should we ever go full Aussie.

Because they can't use their pussies to win in LoL.

Same here. It was one of the few games that really sucked me in. It probably helped that I played it at the start of all the covid madness.

They can still get abortions. They just aren't allowed to abort once it has a heartbeat. There are also still medical exemptions. Interstate travel is allowed.

As usual, Panties-a-twist over nothing really.

Thanks for actually playing it first, instead of judging it based on its dumb name and cover art.

I myself, have played through a few of the endless games. All decent imo. Nothing super ground breaking but enjoyable for what they are.

People need to stop comparing everything the Nazi Germany.

The shit going on now is tyrannical and evil and we need to start using actual arguments against it.

"Ivermectin, ‘Wonder drug’ from Japan: the human use perspective" Feb 2011

"Ivermectin has continually proved to be astonishingly safe for human use. Indeed, it is such a safe drug, with minimal side effects, that it can be administered by non-medical staff and even illiterate individuals in remote rural communities, provided that they have had some very basic, appropriate training. This fact has helped contribute to the unsurpassed beneficial impact that the drug has had on human health and welfare around the globe, especially with regard to the campaign to fight Onchocerciasis.57)"

Seems like there has been a huge shift in the opinion of our scientific overlords regarding the safety of Ivermectin in humans.

We need some hard data on places that used it during the pandemic.

Safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of escalating high doses of ivermectin in healthy adult subjects (From October 2002)

Abstract Safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of the antiparasitic drug ivermectin, administered in higher and/or more frequent doses than currently approved for human use, were evaluated in a double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose escalation study. Subjects (n = 68) were assigned to one of four panels (3:1, ivermectin/placebo): 30 or 60 mg (three times a week) or 90 or 120 mg (single dose). The 30 mg panel (range: 34 7-594 microg/kg) also received a single dose with food after a 1-week washout. Safety assessments addressed both known ivermectin CNS effects and general toxicity. The primary safety endpoint was mydriasis, accurately quantitated by pupillometry. Ivermectin was generally well tolerated, with no indication of associated CNS toxicity for doses up to 10 times the highest FDA-approved dose of 200 microg/kg. All dose regimens had a mydriatic effect similar to placebo. Adverse experiences were similar between ivermectin and placebo and did not increase with dose. Following single doses of 30 to 120 mg, AUC and Cmax were generally dose proportional, with t(max) approximately 4 hours and t1/2 approximately 18 hours. The geometric mean AUC of 30 mg ivermectin was 2.6 times higher when administered with food. Geometric mean AUC ratios (day 7/day 1) were 1.24 and 1.40 for the 30 and 60 mg doses, respectively, indicating that the accumulation of ivermectin given every fourth day is minimal. This study demonstrated that ivermectin is generally well tolerated at these higher doses and more frequent regimens.

Here is something I found with a REALLY quick search. Interesting to see the language used in 2012:

Results: Ivermectin, a broadly used anti-helminthic drug, proved to be a highly potent inhibitor of YFV replication (EC₅₀ values in the sub-nanomolar range). Moreover, ivermectin inhibited, although less efficiently, the replication of several other flaviviruses, i.e. dengue fever, Japanese encephalitis and tick-borne encephalitis viruses. Ivermectin exerts its effect at a timepoint that coincides with the onset of intracellular viral RNA synthesis, as expected for a molecule that specifically targets the viral helicase.

Conclusions: The well-tolerated drug ivermectin may hold great potential for treatment of YFV infections. Furthermore, structure-based optimization may result in analogues exerting potent activity against flaviviruses other than YFV.

I used to really enjoy Red Eye back in the day. For what it was anyway.

Fuck these reeeeetards. Design looks consistent with the last few games.

Here is a breakdown of characters by country:

Also gotta love the projection of their racist views onto the character. If they had their way Poison would be the man character, and every character would take a knee before a fight.

They are hellbent on faggotizing the entirety of Faerun. Its crazy. When I was growing up everyone I knew had hard ons for the drow because of how cool they were, no one hated them because they were black.

The new race rules in 5th make no sense. "If you dont like your racial bonus, just change it to whatever! It doesnt matter"

There are better systems out there that are not trash.

Burning Wheel is my go-to.

Do you have specific examples from those 2 videos? I just watched them and I am struggling to remember any stand-out comments in regards to feminist talking points.

I remember them dismissing the whole taskmaster controversy in the black widow vid, which seems more a shot at fanboys than anything else. (I disagree with making any changes to a character from the source material)

They also pointed out how audiences may be getting tired of being guilted into liking a movie just because a female is the lead character. Didn't Mike even make the point of why even use woman as the assassins?

I can't recall anything stand out from the last Best of the Worst, beyond a bunch of jokes about David Carradine.

I only started watching RLM this year and I am somewhat curious where they land politically.
