What Disney did hurt its value big time, had absolutely nothing to do with their business, and was not something approved by the shareholders. They tanked other people's assets in one of the dumbest moves of all time, and those people want their money back.
To be fair, I HATE the idea of "AI Artists" making money off their shit. I do believe that anything is fair game until financial profit is involved. And I say this as someone that uses Diffusion.
