Shit. Beauty and the Beta has been my every fucking Monday morning show (I can never actually cstch it on Sunday so I always watch the day after) for what feels like forever now.

Fuck. That's a downer. I actually can't watch Blonde's channel, the interview format bores me to tears in general. Matt's channel I watch religiously but the main draw was always the Sunday show.

I wonder what the justification was. With Yuzu I know there was that issue with some versions being behind a paywall, but I don't think that was the case with Ryujinx.

It's hard to say. It is true that price gouging will, to an extent, be a form of rationing. You'll be more likely to buy only what you need and not as much as you're able. Logically, this makes sense. Further, if you sold it at a lower price and didn't ration the amount per customer, one of those customers would likely just buy out your stock and price gouge with it themselves.

Realistically? I do not trust anyone from another country to put American people's health and safety before their own wallet, especially not a member of a society that is specifically well-known for in-group preference and negative outgroup bias and has a caste system where many, if not all of them, inherently see themselves as "better people" than others. I guarantee you they're not thinking of the intricacies of this situation as much as you might like to think they are.

I looked at the thread on my desktop, and yeah, you're right, not censored. Then I looked at it on my phone browser, and it's not censored there either.

It's only on the scored app. Bizarre. There must be some app setting that automatically filters my own posts? I've got to hunt that down.

Semi-relatedly, I have often wondered what the media reaction would be to a Republican who said, "I'm pro-choice, because imagine how many more nigger Democrats there'd be if it was illegal."

Edit: I don't comment all that often, I was unaware that nigger is automatically censored. Is that sitewide or just here?

It's something to do with certain conditions in their boost code causing the CPU to request extra voltage it doesn't need.

Having seen how much chaos a 0.1 increase in voltage can do while trying to figure out overclocking, I can definitely believe that requesting X% too much voltage constantly would fuck up the CPU quickly.

Because they caught wind of it now. Some idiot on Twitter doesn't know how to keep their fucking mouth shut.

If Nintendo had heard about it a year ago, they'd have DMCA'd it a year ago.

That's a shame, I like Brandon. This is a lot closer than I thought he'd get, and fuck the RINO in there now.

I'd say that if there's any bright side to this the RINO might realize that his constituents hate his guts enough to have almost voted in a YouTuber in his place...but my belief in any amount of shame, self-reflection, or intelligence on the part of politicians was long ago beaten out of me.

I remember they removed headpatting from some FE game.

There's the infamous dialogue changes, e.g. an entire dialogue chain was removed and just filled with "..." between two characters in a support conversation, the "RAWR! That means I love you in dragon!" or some similar fucking nonsense.

Awakening also had some bullshit but that was 8-4.

That's a very strange statement since the article actually provides the original Japanese and it is not, in fact, the same at all.

The difference being that in a world of superpowers the average man's ability to defend himself is dependent on the whims of fate, mutation, gods, or a disastrous science experiment.

In the world of guns the average man's ability to defend himself is, for now, dependent only on the stock of the local gun store.

One of these is much more likely to be a fair shot than the other.

Justice impacted individuals impacted individuals?

Never heard of The Void, but now that I look at it, it makes me wonder if a VR Escape Room experience would be successful.

I used to use Brave, now I use Librewulf.

I wish I could be more helpful and tell you why I switched. I remember it was nothing major, just some quibble I had with Brave (and I still primarily try to use search.brave.com over any other search engine), so I don't think you can go wrong with either. But I can't remember the exact reason I had for moving over.

Excuse me. The Green Knight was beheaded, he didn't hang himself.

No, you were correct originally. She's not his wife during the events of the game, though it's heavily implied that he intends to marry her near the end.

Well, no, not necessarily. Being born into the caste is certainly the most common and easiest way of being samurai, but people definitely were "promoted" to being samurai if they performed some exemplary deed. Or were a foreigner a high-ranking daimyo took a liking to.

Hell, one of the most important samurai figures in all of feudal Japan, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, started life as a peasant, was promoted to samurai and then one of the most historically impactful daimyos in Japanese history, shogun in all but name.

Ironically, his birth as a peasant was the reason he couldn't become shogun (he had none of the necessary bloodlines). But samurai, that was definitely possible. Uncommon, but possible.

Mr Maddox was charged under the unamended 1972 laws for building a creek crossing on his property, which the prosecution claimed had disrupted Waugul — a rainbow serpent central to mythology for Noongar people — as he removed a large amount of silt from the creek, Sky News Australia reported.

Please tell me I'm reading this incorrectly. Please tell me the man isn't actually being prosecuted for mildly inconveniencing a non-existent, imaginary entity.

Jesus Christ, it's like I'm looking at a greasy wax statue of a hybrid between some sort of hook-nosed bird, a pair of big red tube balloons masquerading as lips, and a very, very ugly woman.

I need a trigger warning for that kind of nightmarish vision.

“A few months ago, Sega management announced their plan to outsource QA and part of localisation in a move that would significantly impact our workforce,” the union said. “We’ve been fighting back on these terms since then, but today the layoff that will result in the loss of 61 jobs across these two departments was made public.”

Archive.is fucked up the site a bit, but the important quote is still there.

The only idiots who would vote on someone based on Taylor Swift's endorsement are stupid leftist women who would have voted for Biden regardless.

But I repeat myself.

I'm pretty legitimately shocked. I didn't think such a thing would be possible in the UK now. The only thing the story is missing is word that the "trainer" was fired for causing such a shitstorm and costing the bank over a million dollars.

A man can dream.
