Because they caught wind of it now. Some idiot on Twitter doesn't know how to keep their fucking mouth shut.
If Nintendo had heard about it a year ago, they'd have DMCA'd it a year ago.
this.. we had PIXIV, but some idiots were blabbing about how free it was on the platform and that there was all sorts of 3d and 2d NSFW content. couple weeks later, mastercard/payment processors forced changes that got rid of lots of content.
If your plan involves everyone in the world keeping their mouth shut, it's not a good plan.
