Looks like he's another blogger trying to farm engagement since the actual board the post links to is literally a duplicate where he's the sole mod and contributer, you know, just like Imp is with his own blog boards.
c/Conspiracies already exists as a board but the OP made c/Conspiracy afterwards so he could curate and control a narrative. However as you've pointed out he's relying on shitty AI spam to do the heavy lifting/typing along with the aforementioned engagement farming since the original thread has all of 5 upvotes since the blog board is dead, so he has to crosspost to places like this.
No, the tradition is him sperging in every thread possible about the same topic whether it's on topic in said threads or not. Since he can't do that here currently he's now doing so on other boards, including at least 3 he mods himself, 2 of which are literally just him blogging with no other users actually taking part. He's the opposite side of the coin to crazy cat ladies screeching about everything and at least they can sometimes have the excuse of toxoplasmosis causing their insanity.

Does she have any idea the sheer size of some states? You can drive in one direction for 3 days in Texas and you will still be in Texas. 500 libraries nationwide aren't going to even scratch the surface of any potential issues they could help with. At best it would maybe work on a county scale but there are 3244 so good luck with that logistical nightmare trying to sort contractors in every single one.
