My daughter and I used to play Overwatch quite a bit when she was in high school. By the time she was heading off to college and our play time decreased, the balance problems were getting really bad as they introduced new characters that were one man wrecking crews. Brigitte was a game-breaking master-of-all, IMO. I haven't even thought of playing OW in years, Blizzard really cocked up what was a decent game.

Well their UX Engineer is left to go start her own highly successful MMO company and compete with MMOs from the 90s...

"Subverting expectations" is shorthand for "we dont know what the fuck we're doing, but if you don't like it then you're a bigot"

Window manufacturers. How dare they sell windows which aren't nigger-proof! They know niggers can't resist burglary.

Sorry, but black women in video games just isn't believable. Unless it's the ones from the recent GTA6 trailer. It just breaks immersion if I'm asked to believe they can act like civilized humans.

Africans hate American blacks and their "culture."

Isn't this the dumb bitch that was actually on video saying specifically that they don't have white people on their teams because they need a safe space? Seems like that might be evidence at a trial.

If we can convince these nut jobs that water is racist because it's a dog whistle that stands for Holocaust2.O, maybe we can get them to stop drinking or eating anything with water in it. It worked for milk.

Which tribe did the land belong to before that one took it over? Or are we pretending that history started the day before Europeans showed up here?

Nothing short of mass graves filled with leftists will satisfy me.

Strip clubs a mixed bag. Women at "higher end" clubs are usually very attractive on average. Those are the clubs with champagne rooms where guys will spend thousands to have hot women grind on them.

On the opposite end you have the sleazy dive joints with 40 year old single moms trying earn a quick buck. Lots of stretch marks, c-section scars, bad tattoos, etc.

And there are places that are everywhere in between. It really doesn't take much to be a stripper, just a willingness to flirt with men and take your clothes off. There's a place for almost every type of woman, because every guy has their type, as I long as they're not obese. But maybe that's even a thing now too.

Bitch, you didn't create anything. You invaded something geeks created decades ago.

I think often about the "I made this" comic/meme, because it applies so often.

I see a game on Steam already named Haven. They can't even do basic market research correctly.

A woman whose experience is WoW UI design. A design so great that almost everyone ran UI mods to replace the atrocious stock UI.

But Plex already does that. I've given access to friends and family, so I'm not sure what this adds unless it's truly for finding stuff that strangers have and requesting access to it. The site just does a very poor job of explaining what it actually does.

Edit: After quite a bit more reading, it does appear to be torrent related. Radarr and Sonarr do the searching for movies and TV, and initiate the torrent downloads. Overseerr appears to be mostly a recommendation system, with the ability to queue things in those other programs when you find a recommendation you want.

And it doesn't appear to be a Plex plugin, it's a whole separate application that works with Plex and uses it for user management, but isn't really integrated.

Not the guy you're responding to but I just read that site several times, and still have no idea what it does. There's zero context about what requests are and how they work. Is this a torrent thing? Do random people on the internet request access to my server? Do files get downloaded or are things streamed?

It's a pretty shit site.
