The strawman makes a little more sense when you realize he's projecting. Nobody would accuse a random person but they would accuse HIM of protecting Israel. He was about to say that people are attacking the Jews without evidence but he cut that out because he's doesn't want to draw too much attention to it.

These games are always willing to let you be a comically evil slaver and commit genocide, when they don't make NPCs unkillable anyway. Beating you over the head is exactly what they do though. It's always very obvious you took the eeevviill route. They don't let you take an alternative path that other characters call evil, but frame it as a difference in opinion or culture, with you possibly having good reasons for your choices.
Penn is only maths and verbal smarts at best. Could tell from his reaction to Trump on The Apprentice. He could be lying, but he claimed Trump is a low intellect narcissist who only talked abt himself and expressed no interest in other people. Trump is actually very interested in other people who have interesting things to say. Someone like Elon Musk he'll talk abt all the time weaving the other person's stories together with his own. Otoh if he finds you boring or doesn't like you, he'll intentionally forget your name and ignore you. Penn, if world famous mega mogul friend to kings and paupers alike Donald Trump ignored your little cocktail party stories, that's a you problem buddy.

I'm abt 1/3rd of the way through the video and these are his points so far:
- Overall no improvements over the first game.
- Tons of cutscenes now. KCD has become modern Sony movie-game goyslop. A 40 hour movie IF you skip sidequests.
- A 2-3 hour long opening intro/tutorial. Contains more forced walking sections, busywork quests. The game does not respect your time.
- Synth believes the content is an intentional humiliation ritual, and has a Humiliation counter on screen as he goes into it.
- It is NOT historically accurate, even ignoring Musa.
- Little player choice, more like a JRPG. What player choice exists is meaningless except for a few good quests. More than half the quests have no alternative completion path.
- Hans is in fact the easiest romance option, with only 4 dialogue choices required (2 in mandatory convos) and there are NO consequences for gay romances. (another Vavra lie)
- Contains "racial cuckery" including you can "choose" to befriend the Cumans who destroyed Skallitz in KCD1.
- Gypsies are shown as oppressed people who dindu nuffin and have explicit permission to live in the land.
- New reputation system doesnt work properly.
- NPC in some quests just sit there forever and dont have daily behaviors. In an early quest Cumans dont eat at camp, dont turn on lights at night. In another one a guy just sits in one spot forever unlike the first game that had NPC schedules.
- Streamlining: Most perks with downsides are removed, and by end of game Henry is good at everything. Combat success no longer feels earned, progression is faster in KCD2 because of more forced combat.
- Fast travel is no longer dangerous and is less satisfying because of the faster progression.
Not unless something was a big media-generated controversy or the publisher was actually involved in a lawsuit. American defamation law is famously weak for famous people.

I noticed the same thing, artists on the left and right are concerned about the effects of AI but only the ones on the left are screeching about their artwork being stolen and how we need new laws against AI. The ones on the right are figuring out how they can pivot to take advantage of the newly forming economy.
