Former 'Pro-Life' Woman Suddenly Becomes Pro-Choice After Her Husband (Financial Safety Net) Dies And She is Pregnant (archive.is)

"I love my husband so much thta now he's gone, instead of cherish this part of him that's left, Imma just kill it." Yeah I know she already has 6 kids, doesn't excuse the murder of this one.

With 4 adopted kids, the fact that they had no planning at all shows the stupidity

Not for nothing, but if they had six kids already and he was the primary breadwinner for their asses, then at age 37 they should have had a multi-million-dollar term life insurance policy on his ass, in addition to a whole life policy to back it up.

Then I read the rest of the story and I got to the picture of her family, from back before her husband unceremoniously bought the farm. "HOL UP", my mind screamed - only 1/3 of those 6 kids look like they're white. So I checked her blog. Two births were hers, the other four were adoptions from other countries. Her and her husband were literally collecting kids like Angelina Jolie. On top of that, she knew she was high-risk for pregnancy, and they weren't taking steps to prevent that from happening.

She had the nerve in her article to say "I didn't prepare for my husband to die." Bitch, nobody asks for their spouse to be killed in an accident, but you can't go through life thinking you or your spouse's ass is going to live forever. Hell, a bad blood clot could take out any one of us in the next five minutes. You and your husband's failure to prepare for the future, while taking on the responsibility for four lives that weren't even ones you produced is at best irresponsible and at worst just downright ignorant.

I'm not trying to blame the victim here. It sucks to lose a loved one and deal with the uncertainty of the future. But there were steps they could have taken to mitigate it before it happened, and coming back after the fact to whine about abortion rights now that she wants one to keep her from getting killed by the pregnancy is just mind boggling.

Its amazing not only the lack of foresight, but any and all options to mitigate any of this was just brushed over. Frankly, I dont feel any pity for her, she chose every single stupid decision and then cried victim when her purse of a husband died. If she knew she would not physically be able to bear children due to her health, then get your tubes tied. There were thousands of preventatives available before the incident. This was not rape, it was not unforseen and it lays squarely on her shitty ineptitude.

Why is she worried? The state will shower taxpayer money on this single mom.

As we returned home, a family of seven rather than the family of eight that arrived at the beach less than a week earlier

Hmmm...

This is just one of the false 'stereotypes' pushed by the leftist-abortionists. The idea that 'every woman would choose abortion' is pure nonsense, garbage. Far more would not abort a baby, even if some few would in extreme (unimaginably rare) situations.

Nobody cares, the argument for abortion bans is simple - a level playing field between men and women.

Methinks you have stumbled upon the argument least likely to convince anyone.

There's little point discussing moral principles with those who have none.

I honestly hope that any argument predicated on the idiotic fiction that men and women are equal would be laughed out of court even here.

So you'd prefer for them to be treated like superiors?

I support them being treated in the way consonant with their biology, and the same for men.

I say we use the equality argument against them at all opportunities.

Agreed, but never acknowledging that there is anything legitimate about it, and only to undermine their nonsense. This particular one is not very good though.

No abortion until men can relinquish fatherhood with no penalty.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Women are in a position to 'relinquish' motherhood, men are not. Again, biology.

Not even biology. After birth, a woman can give away her child for adoption or to the state and choose to be free of the “burden” forever, but if she wants to keep it, the biological father has to help for 18 years.

Well, that's not very useful is it?

It's not about what is useful to you, but what is good for society.

They have way more options for birth control

...because of their biology.

You explain to me how it's fair that a group with about 10 different ways to avoid having a child should be protected from the consequences

You explain to me instead why you want to use the state in a futile quest to try to negate biology.

No abortion until men can relinquish fatherhood with no penalty.

This! Now that is true equality!
At the very least? The male pays the cost of the abortion (through his medical insurance!) and that is the end of his responsibilities! Even if she 'chooses' to keep the baby? His role has ended.

If you don't want children, don't have sex! Ffs, it's not rocket science.... That's for both men and women...

Don't worry! Schools teach 11-12 year old girls to have anal sex or give blowjobs to avoid getting pregnant.
I wish I were joking...

You can't complain if you have sex and she gets pregnant then... You can always rent a prostitute depending on where you live

At least prostitutes are more honest than the average woman who will most likely divorce rape you and use your children (if you have them) against you
