It's not about what is useful to you, but what is good for society.

They have way more options for birth control

...because of their biology.

You explain to me how it's fair that a group with about 10 different ways to avoid having a child should be protected from the consequences

You explain to me instead why you want to use the state in a futile quest to try to negate biology.
