Allegedly he sought Chud out and attacked him which means that Chud can infact claim self defense and should not even be charged. I still think that the previous attempts at justifying what would have been illegal behavior is ridiculous.
However if the new reporting is true then Chud did absolutely nothing wrong legally.

There was a recent study ranking the desirability of partners by race and gender. Asian women number one, white women number two, white men number three, Hispanic women number four.
