I mean yeah. It's always worth repeating that libs enforced the Civil Rights Act by having the National Guard march children at gunpoint to their new, mixed schools. When the lolberts on the Supreme Court ruled that the rest of us are also protected by the Civil Rights Act, it was a purely intellectual exercise. Nobody showed up armed to force these rats into compliance.
It's not hard at all; get rid of gender studies, fire all the DEI's and replace them with competent instructors. It's the "fix everything" button where the only people who can press it don't want to.
It's incredibly easy to do it legally. There's a ban on identity-category preferences? Simply find other categories that overlay nicely on top of them. Like "We'd like 40% of our student body to be students who grew up in high-density cities and whose parents do not have college degrees." Doesn't violate the letter of the law at all.
I mean academic institutions are breeding ground for marxists and grifters and the whole system for the past decade has been fostering this exact kind of environment while so-called republicans were useless chickenhawks that had done nothing to conserve any traditional values.
Like I have been saying for years, DEI won't go away until you render those who subscribe to it unemployed, and unemployable.
Imagine thinking you could make DEI illegal and this ham planet still has a job...

They pressed it when there were protests over gaza.
"Sure it's a house of cards and all, but I'm not going to let the changing winds of society knock down the useless nonsense I've built!"

From 2016 to 2024, all new Texas state government buildings were required by law to have unisex transgender bathrooms.

Hard, but not impossible.
Make DEI illegal.
Throw all violators in prison for life.
Problem solved.
The fix everything button that we refuse to press
