Hot take: Nigger women are a worse bioweapon than male pajeets
everything they do is corrosive to society, they literally a net negative to the economy as they wouldn't even do basic jobs right, instead the state is obligated to pay gibs to boons and give them positions of power just so they can wreck society even harder
If we didn't have affirmative action, the only black people we'd know of outside of entertainment would be profiles like Clarence Thomas. In contention for the best Supreme Court justice in the last century
So are you making a dig at Marshall or Thomas--or Jackson?
I've had dyed in the wool true blue progressive law professor friends say, in private environments, that Jackson is a complete moron. Pretty close to the same for Sotomayor.
SCOTUS may be one of the first great examples of DEI incompetence coming back to hurt their own side. Kagan is legitimately brilliant and knows her stuff. I strongly disagree with her much of the time, but she is smart and and can sometimes convince other judges to join her.
Sotomayor and Jackson play their roles, but they have no intellectual foundation.

No, you misoverestimated me. I forgot about Marshall, who may have been political but AFAIK a fairly competent lawyer. First three then.

One of the strengths of the right is that even when it was on the losing side, it was making great arguments in the form of Scalia, which are the intellectual foundations for future majority opinions. That is role that the opinions of Jackson and Sotomayor will never play.
"In the worst-case scenario, our medical system unravels as various licensed healthcare professionals — talk therapists, psychiatrists, and presumably anyone else who claims to utilize speech when administering treatments to patients — start broadly wielding their new-found constitutional right to provide substandard medical care."
So for her it comes down to assuming anything that goes against the federal narrative that transitioning is double-plus good for kids is “substandard medical care.” Which is a great illustration for WHY the government shouldn’t be mandating treatment. I’m certain that Jackson can’t see past “LGBTQ+ is good” to recognize the potential threat of a government which, say, mandates therapists discourage people from marrying outside their race and polluting the bloodlines.
Although someone in the comments of that article did point out that a case could be made for arguing the bill of rights shouldn’t apply to states, because it used to not be. While that ship has long since sailed, at least it would have been a novel approach. Jackson is just so damned predictable.
Before checking the article, I'm gonna put a 50/50 bet that the one was either Sotomayor or Jackson.
That woman has no business being anywhere near a judge's bench.

Black women are a plague. They are the bane of my existence at work, in public, in media, etc.
Male jeets are still more likely to reproduce than black women, so I'd have to give the nod to them. Strong case though
Their weave litters the ground, its disgusting.
Their shit spawn litters urban centers with bullets.
She's a perfect example of why Clarence Thomas despises affirmative action.

In a normal world, one of the two first black Supreme Court Justices wouldn't be flagrantly unqualified and thoroughly unimpressive.
Thurgood Marshall, Clarence Thomas, Ketanji Jackson.

If you don't have any food in your stomach read her dissent. Yet more evidence that she can't actually read.

That is definitely ChatGPT if you ask me. A human did not write that ridiculous collection of run on sentences, and certainly no lawyer did it either.
Between this and her ranting about ostriches during the Dobbs decision, it's clear to me that she's an illiterate.
The Constitution doesn't have anything to to do with medical care. A 9th grader could have told her this.
Incidentally, another reason why the idea of healthcare as a human right is a catastrophic idea
I was wondering who the retard would be. Turns out it was THE retard.
She be a strung female woman o colour ya'll. Yas queen.
