Racial demographics are percentages. If the Hispanic population wasn't shooting up (and we didn't import Somalis and Indians), the poor white birthrate wouldn't make them a minority.
We can still fix this by deporting people who don't even hold allegiance to America, but again, the administration doesn't want to. They clearly don't care about the white % at best. At worst they are beholden to people who want to decimate the white %.

He's got a point that as bad as the Iranian government is, it's able to defend Iran to some extent against Israel, and that when it's gone, even worse things may well happen from the people who have no sympathy at all for the people in Iran.
