A 10:1 ratio of content submissions to publishable and workable end-product isn't really that good at all. If you think about it, Games Done Quick, the original thing this is spun from, every speedrun is an application of content. It's a 10000:1 ratio. Most employers nowadays get a 1000:1 ratio of initial resume submissions to final employee hires.

There a huge overlap between gays and programmers. Maybe is has something to do with autism, idk, but from my few years trying gamedev I've found that there are helpful resources and guides thanks to gays and Indians. Usually I would hate these groups lol but we gotta recognize their positive contributions.
Also, there are some gays who do not make their deplorable lifestyle the center focus of their personality and all their decisions (believe it or not lol), and we shouldn't discourage them for something unrelated or else we'd kinda be doing the same thing the annoying gays do, making sexual identity the main focus of decisions.
