I watch this conspiracy porn for fun sometimes, but I've never seen them discuss why they believe the people orchestrating some complicated unknown scheme want people like this guy to believe it's a conspiracy.
"They" could have just claimed the patsy used a reasonable weapon so obviously it was part of the plan not just to take out Kirk but also to make guys like this sure it was a fake coverup. I think they know "...and they did it do drive a wedge between red-pill MAGA and trust-the-plan MAGA!1" is one step too far for their target audience.
A 30-06 not creating an exit wound when shot at a human neck is physically impossible. Winning the lottery isn't.
Well from what’s been reported, since the shooter was elevated and to the side; the bullet was traveling down and at an angle. It pierced his neck and struck his spine where it deflected down into his abdomen. It struck 6 vertebrae and shattered with the bulk of it ending up in his shoulder just below the skin. But other fragments went through his lungs, heart, intestines and so on.
So not having an exit wound is not physically impossible and in fact does happen in regular hunting depending on where the bullet hits and the angle of entry.
A 30-06 getting deflected by a flimsy spine. Like I said. Physically impossible.
I think the problem is that you’re not taking the angles into account. Due to the combined effect of the shooter’s elevation and the slouching/leaning forward of Charlie as he was hit the angle of the spine relative to the bullet would have been much closer to 45 degrees.
The leaked reports show that the bullet initially grazed the C2 and C3 vertebrae and then shattered the C4, C5 and C6 vertebrae and grazed the C7 and C8 vertebrae. So like you said… the bullet did easily pierce spine. But after striking 6 vertebrae in a row it finally shattered and lost too much energy to leave the body.
Again we’re not talking about a ricochet or a straight on hit but a shot that already lost about 26% of its kinetic energy due to air drag over the first 430 feet and stuck at a pretty significant angle losing a large chuck of energy with each successive bone impact.
Had this been point blank or had the bullet hit his spine straight on you be 100% correct in either case. But when you look at everything together the model is viable and consistent with the autopsy findings.
I'm curious about the quality of the ammo too, whether it was old bullets or fresh.

There are plenty of reasons why this entire story might've gotten off the rails. We don't even know the reason as to why Charlie was killed and who actually killed him.

This is so fucking retarded. Why would "they" give their fall guy the wrong caliber weapon? Now they have to bring the medical examiner into their scheme to lie about the bullet found in the body. And whoever is doing the ballistics has to be in on int too. Oh, and they have to just pray to RNJesus that the bullet doesn't fall out onto the ground because then they'd have to bring more cops and possibly random passers by into their conspiracy. And then back to their "fall guy" - he was free for a day or so, talking to friends and family, and he never said "help I've been set up". So is his family in on the conspiracy too? He's still alive btw, so what about his lawyer? Also in on the conspiracy? He's been in front of a judge on a zoom hearing - why didn't he say anything?
The problem here is that you're having a delusion. Delusions operate on dream logic, they come prepackaged with their own emotional context. You just feel it, and you can't explain it to anyone else. You can't put the pieces together because it's not based on logic.
Might I remind you that Derek Chauvin was thrown into prison for 'murdering' George Floyd despite Floyd clearly dying of an overdose? And how about all those J6 people who were thrown into prison for years for doing... nothing.

And while we're recalling things, remember that people denied that trump was shot despite the bullet being photographed in flight. There is no level of evidence or logic that can satisfy a delusion. Note that you can't even entertain any of the questions I brought up, because that requires logic and that side of your brain isn't even turned on, like how you can't read a clock in a dream.
When you say impossible, how much experience do you have observing terminal bullet performance and harvesting big game with high powered rifles?
It largely depends on bullet construction. Has the type of bullet, soft point, open tip/hollow point, match, or FMJ/ball been made public.
FMJ, or ball, will usually pencil right through a container of water which can be used as a ballistic analog for big game. Shoot a milk jug full of water with FMJ and it will pencil hole through and make very little splash.
A highly frangible bullet will fragment and dump all of its energy into the target. Shoot a jug of water with a frangible bullet design and it will dump all of its energy, the milk jug may explode and will usually create a very large exit wound. It's not a perfect analogue because there is no bone material to deflect or vary the resistance.
A spine shot on a deer can deflect in strange ways. I have been eating deer heart before and found lead fragment from a spine shot deer with a .270 Win. Core Lokt. Which has the same case as the .30-06 by the way. The .270 uses lighter bullets with a .277" diameter instead of .308" diameter. It has the same powder capacity as a .30-06. Because the .270 is using lighter bullets the same powder charge can move a 120-330 gr projectile faster than a 150 or 180 gr projectile.
I watched the footage again today and it looked to me like a CNS (central nervous system) hit. I misremembered him grabbing his throat once hit. After rewatching it appears his arms went up, reflex or reaction, possibly? Then muscle control drops out a split second later and he goes limp. When an animal takes a CNS hit like a spine or head shot it will go limp like that and drop right there.
It looks like a fragment exited his throat where he began to bleed out. Not a full bullet exit or it would have been a larger exit from expansion. It is plausible the bullet heavily fragmented upon hitting vertebrae taking out his CNS and partial fragment exited throat. Spine has to be a lot stronger structurally than other bones like shoulder blade. It carries weight load for the entire skeletal system. Shoulder blade by contrast is thin enough to let light pass through.
Gonna be perfectly honest and admit that I have actually zero experience. Which is why I depend on people who have experience.
I don't doubt that but a human isn't a deer. A deer neck is significantly thicker than Charlies neck.

What are you suggesting? That what we seeing is an exit wound which would instantly kill the official story or that the bullet entered, fragmented and then had enough energy left to leave through the entry wound again?
What I'm suggesting is that he was shot from behind to his right most likely. And that what were seeing is an exit wound.
Many things about the official story do not add up.
The weapon found doesn't make sense. It doesn't really look like an older imported Mauser. It could be a sporterized antique Mauser in a modern polymer stock. It could also be a modern Mauser brand hunting rifle. Which sort of contradicts "older imported" and "grandfather's rifle" descriptors. The scope is seemingly set back too far for prone shooting.
I have read or heard several claims he was shot from behind. I could buy that as plausible. Based on what I have observed with my own eyes. I think it is one of two possibilities.
The only thing I am suggesting is that it's not impossible for a frangible bullet to deflect, ricochet, and fragment from it's path from hitting spinal bones.
It could be the bleeding from his neck was caused by entry and he was shot from the front. It could be bullet hit spine, fragmented, ricocheted and we're seeing small fragment exit neck having been shot from rear. If he was shot from the rear was there another object in the path that absorbed some energy, maybe?

It's not impossible for spine to deflect or fragment, preventing a bullet from exiting. Nobody has made public the type of bullet used in the shooting. Different bullets can be designed to do things such penetrate, expand, or fragment. Something can be implausible or unlikely, but not impossible.
Again you're proclaiming something you're largely ignorant of the skeletal structure and body composition of a deer compared to a human. It's not a horse sized animal. A large mature buck weighs over 200 lbs, about the same mass as full grown man. I have an 18" neck. Some deer might have a 15" neck, larger may have 22" neck. Deer do have larger chest cavities than humans. But they don't possess any special properties that change terminal ballistic performance.
They screwed up when they allowed the patsy to involve his grandpa's rifle instead of providing him the weapon. Maybe they gave him money to buy a weapon and he pocketed it instead, substituting one he already had access to.
Regardless of the reason, the result is that we now have this huge inconsistency with the alleged murder weapon that Phoenix Wright wouldn't ignore.
A nation-state level operation that smuggled an exploding lapel pin with high tech shaped charge designed to kill and look like a specific type of gun onto Kirk's shirt without him knowing or feeling the extra weight in coordination with their brainwashed patsy don't make mistakes, certainly not the kind like "uh, did anybody check the type of gun?"
It's one step too far for the theorists to explain why the masterminds wanted you to believe it's a conspiracy, but if it was a conspiracy and not a miracle they obviously planned to make it unbelievable to this target audience.

You're assuming that there's some top town organizational structure. There is no reason to believe this. Think of the mafia. You have many quasi independent factions that vie for control of larger slices of the pie. There's quite a bit of competition and underhandedness at every level.
One connected group whacks an unconnected guy. All the groups have incentive to cover for the other, because, if you pull on any of their threads too hard they all lead back to everyone else. So they're obliged to act a certain way.
The conspiracy theorists are just an inconvenient minority that you can train people to ignore. Just look at the JFK assassination and the 60 years of progressive revelation that came with it. It has all the same elements. A rouge sub group in the CIA decided to cooperate with some business contacts and got an inconvenient president assassinated.
There's also compartmentalization. On a basic level, the useful idiots don't know the whole plan and make independent actions that screw up some other part of the plan they were unaware of.
