See the nice thing about being a sovereign is that you can just choose not to get sued. They would have to point to a law that allows them to sue the federal government. Maybe the federal tort claims act? The FTCA has a lot of restrictions. I don’t think the standard laws on IP infringement applies to the feds.
The only way to make that better is to get the Herman Cain or Barack Obama speech from Pokemon spoken over it.
