Yeah, I'm not sure if it's some push, and I'm getting echo-chambered, or if I'm just noticing it more and it's cascading, but I'm noticing a ton of this shit very recently. And a bunch of the big pushers were Jews too (Blinken, Newland, and many more), but that's also explained by that they were the ones in those positions, so it's not necessarily indicative of anything.
It makes me start to wonder if there wasn't some truth to those absurd looking conspiracy theories about the "New Israel" or whatever. For whatever reason, a bunch of Zionists are very interested in Ukraine. On the other hand, a bunch of other Zionists want nothing whatsoever to do with Ukraine. A bunch of the big conservatives, for example, who will slobber all over Israel, also say we need to ditch Ukraine.

The joke is at least funny out of context. You have to take for granted that Putin is the bad guy (Saruman) who attacked innocent free democracy Ukraine (Rohan) without any provocation whatsoever. If you don't blindly accept the MSM narrative, which The Bee does for some reason, the joke doesn't make sense because there's no analogy. You might as well apply the joke to every war.

Rationally, I'd say that you shouldn't ally your self with someone just because you think they will win. It's feckless behavior and it can become a self fulfilling prophecy. That's why Sarumon joined Sauron and the situation is analogous to statements made by JD Vance regarding the Russian military advantage. I don't keep up with everything Tucker Carlson says but I would guess he also echoes these statements, given what a dancing monkey he was during his russia trip.
