As much as I like Orcposting and its cousins...this is just incredibly fucking lazy. There's zero argument. It's just 'guys we say are the bad guys are the Bad Guys' in this circular appeal to fiction.
Tucker's such a good canary in the coal mine, too. I'm not saying he's right on everything...but his enemies are almost always wrong. If you hate Tucker, I'm mighty suspicious of you.
It's also just incredibly biased, and blatant about it. Not a good look.
The joke is at least funny out of context. You have to take for granted that Putin is the bad guy (Saruman) who attacked innocent free democracy Ukraine (Rohan) without any provocation whatsoever. If you don't blindly accept the MSM narrative, which The Bee does for some reason, the joke doesn't make sense because there's no analogy. You might as well apply the joke to every war.
