I noticed while looking for this comic that their archive actually did implement something like that. It lists the comics by "arc" with a small thumbnail and even tags all the "safe" ones so you can avoid the cum sprites.
If you recall, KiA had a 'self-post' rule in order to prevent that. I liked it because it would allow us to post anything we want, but it had the side benefit of having to give a little explanation of what you are posting... not just a JPEG you copy-pasted from somewhere.
