Anyone else looking forward to Sam "Captain America" Wilson, Captain Marvel, Shang-Chi, female Thor, female Hawkeye, and Pedro Pascal STANDING TRIUMPHANTLY over a beaten "evil" Tony Stark?
Iām looking forward to never watching it.
I can't wait for 20 years from now when they're all dumb and weak so the next generation can stomp them.
I noped-out of Marvel when Thor crowned a black woman queen of Asgard.
It was clown-world level retarded. Of course the anti-White cultural vandals would do that. Bye.
IIRC, she's actually called King.
what? for real? Makes me twice as happy I didn't watch that shit show.
Amusingly enough Stark gets thrown out a window like that in the first Avengers film.
Don't forget Sentry being the likely "real Big Bad" in Thunderbolts, who will of course be facing down:
Discount Black Widow
Gender bent Taskmaster
Gender bent Ghost
Discount Captain America #4, aka US Agent who even just by the trailer gets humiliated by several of the aforementioned characters
Discount Captain America #1, aka Bucky who will also likely get humiliated at various times.
Discount Captain Amerika #7, aka Red Guardian, also likely to be again humilated as he was in the Black Widow film
It's going to be a shitshow and Sentry being one of Marvel's Superman pastiche characters, one of the white ones that is, will get beaten down by grrlboss characters who have barely any actual superpowers, barely any actual identities other than "we copied a more expensive character to cast so we didn't have to keep paying Scarlett Johanssen and Chris Evans money", and would in reality lose horribly to someone as overpowered as what Sentry is meant to be, which is Superman with schizophrenia that can literally manifest into a being called The Void that has the power to destroy the universe.
The characters Sentry has beaten in the comics:
Pretty much all of them, including literally tearing Ares literal God of War in half.
Characters Sentry has lost to:
Knull, the literal manifestation and primordial eldritch God of the Void, hence why Sentry/Void loses in what amounts to cosmic Rock-Paper-Scissors, that existed before reality came into being, who went on to not only kill multiple Celestials himself with his own hands, but with weapons he forged out of his own being that would later be known as [Venom] symbiotes, the very first of which turned out to be the Necrosword that Gorr later used to almost kill Thor and did use to kill multiple other deities in the Marvel universe because it was that much of a power increase over them.
Cosmic RPS is further employed when Knull himself is beaten by Venom using the Enigma Force, something that when used by an AU Spider-Man still failed when fighting The Inheritors which were "vampires" that fed off the life essences of animal powered totem characters such as Spider-Man. Unfortunately this included the Enigma Force that was more or less "pure life force" so Captain Universe Spider-Man despite having divine tier powers that lead to beating Knull get RPS's hard and killed.
Remember when some random girl boss foot soldier from wakanda, with no powers whatsoever, effortlessly defeated Bucky 1v1 by removing his arm? The same Bucky who fought multiple avengers to a draw in civil war?
The degree to which male characters are routinely humiliated in nu marvel and Star Wars is truly insane. Of course men and boys have checked out of these franchises. And the only women who enjoy watching insufferable girl bosses are single cat lady feminists.
Bucky got the playable final boss threatment after been unlocked.
OP as fuck as enemy, but nerfed to shit as a playable character.
Looking at you Gaia from Battle Arena Toshinden 1 and 2!
As much of a curbstomper as BAT 1 Gaia was, music and all, facing Sho the first time and realising his combat music was Toccata and Fugue in D minor made for a very memorable, if brief, "Oh, shit" moment.
TBF the arm was given to him by Wakanda, so knowing how to disarm him, pun intended, isn't too surprising.
What about a completely new and not at all stolen idea where a guy realizes that war is bad, and profiteering brings misery and suffering to others when you make money from weapons. So instead, he stops doing that and makes a powered armored suit ... but in medieval japan.
I call it: I Ronin Man.
The first film is just folding steel a thousand times while the second he gets shown up by some random women who has done origami her entire life and therefore is much better at folding everything, except laundry because that would the sexist.
Not one guy suggesting reviving The Pirates of Dark Water, huh?
That male lead looked pretty tan...
The flying monkey can be played by Seth Rogan while the Ecomancers whine about climate change which the Dark Water can stand in for. However this does then leave the parasitic showrunners with the problem of whether to make the pirate leader or the DW entity as the stand in for Trump. I guess one of them could be Musk these days, probably the DW entity since it's a global threat while "pirate-man bad" would only want to control the seas and not cover it in
Starlink satellitesdark water.I still remember the theme music to that cartoon. Would have been nice to see it finished but so many shows were short lived then and never completed.
The show was rerun so much in the early-to-mid-1990s that I was stunned to learn it only had 21 episodes before being cancelled due to high production costs.
That describes most of my childhood entertainment š
This is what you get for consuming slop, hero worship, false idols, blah blah. It's true though.
Honestly, bringing him back reads less like a carefully crafted move to destroy our heroes and much more like desperation to use his name and power to save their dying ship.
And considering Loki was beaten and humiliated in the original Avengers and went on to be the wet dream of millions of girls throughout the series, it might work a little.
He was at least beaten, literally, by the strongest Avenger on the roster. While he might have had what amounted to short brawls with Captain America then later Thor neither really managed to stop him properly. Hulk just ragdolled him into the floor with very little effort.
Of course, but the point is that if the character/actor is likeable/hot enough then it doesn't matter what they do to him. It'll be met with considerable applause.
I get the point, but this is a horribly wordy meme.
Is it really Tony Stark (like in story) or is it just RDJ returning as a different role?
Age really caught up with RDJ something fierce, eh?
Burn Hollywood, burn
