Either the mail in voters of 2020 refused to show up, or they never fucking existed. Hundreds of thousands of them.
Now here's what's truly insane:
A significant number of Democrats in positions of power actually deluded themselves into thinking the votes they made up were actually real. I'm not kidding. Why were they telling themselves that NC was in play? Why did they talk about how they would have a major election day vote? The fraud machine was not activated, and the people who were supposed to man it aren't the same ones who operated it in 2020.

I've followed the ongoing lefty friend saga with great amusement, and while I'm not going to assume this election is fraudproof just yet, I'm sparing a thought for them in these trying times.

the Red Wave has been a sight to see. my county went red after being historically blue for at least 20 years. regardless of what shenanigans happen in this election, it's clear that people have woken up.
I honestly blame the lockdowns and covid bullshit in general. I wonder just how many newly red voters voted that way specifically because the unnecessary covid response fucked up their lives.
