Game theory wise, it’s a losing battle to be white now because you really have no side or community and actively have an anti side and anti community.
The leftists still do this when it comes to "gun control" the idea that "good guys" giving up their weapons means that there will be less weapons for "bad guys" is utterly nonsensical.
That is ultimately what individualism is. Putting yourself into the smallest group possible, while everybody else still teams up against you. No matter how "principled" you might be, your principles could also be the thing making you weak and exposed. Principles are only useful if they actually benefit you in the long term.

Remove omnipresent anti-White hatred from media and law, and you'd see genuine pro-White ethnic solidary sentiment again.

What is the point of humanity if my tribe is no longer part of it? Why do anything at all, if my family is going to be made extinct? There is no point in a nation that does not have a place for average white guys. There is no point in a business that does not help whites. There is no reason to have a government that does not help me and mine.
Nepotism isn't really good or bad in itself. The tradeoff being made is always about competence vs. commitment to a core vision. Someone who is hired for nepotistic reasons may have more real, organic reason to support a certain vision than someone who isn't in your in-group, but is 5% more effective.
That's not to say that it doesn't come with its own equal flaws either.
Hopefully A.I. takes up the H.R. roles and we get a better shift into people capable of doing jobs rather than whoever fits the flavour of the day as that would probably be a better representation of society and any needs it has to better spread ability throughout it.

You literally cannot eliminate values being encoded into workplace culture or hiring practices. It will happen regardless, the only question is what those values are.
