nepotism leads to decay because incompetent people inevitably get elevated. A manager should always hire the best people for the job, and part of that means filtering out anyone who would sabotage the company for their personal interests.
I disagree. While fighting nepotism with your own nepotism can serve your own self-interest in the short term, long-term it is a losing strategy for any decently large organization.
What is the point of humanity if my tribe is no longer part of it? Why do anything at all, if my family is going to be made extinct? There is no point in a nation that does not have a place for average white guys. There is no point in a business that does not help whites. There is no reason to have a government that does not help me and mine.
Nepotism isn't really good or bad in itself. The tradeoff being made is always about competence vs. commitment to a core vision. Someone who is hired for nepotistic reasons may have more real, organic reason to support a certain vision than someone who isn't in your in-group, but is 5% more effective.

Lack of nepotism inevitably leads to destruction by groups who do practice nepotism.

it is better to stamp out nepotism at its core.
