“Video games, movies, and music are complete wastes of time, all real men should do is work all day and pick up sticks for fun!”

“Huh, I wonder why Conservatives have been completely culturally irrelevant for the last fifty years?”

I mean it'd be more convincing if he's actually out there lifting weights, doing survival and militia trainings, forming connections with like minded people in his local community, biding his time for the eventual collapse, but instead he just keeps a beard to cover up his (((soy face))) and role plays as muh rugged individual and shills for Israel

I wonder what Israel's retirement age is. Do they have Social Security?

Maybe we should demand any recipient of foreign aid has the same retirement/Social Security policy as we have.

Retirement age in Israel is 67 years old, but retirement is mandatory unlike in the US.

I guess Benji hasn't gotten around to translating his "there's an intrinsic dignity to working on a roofing crew until the day you drop dead of a heart attack" speech to Hebrew.

I mean Benjamin Netanyahu is 74 and the prime minister of Israel...obviously retirement isn't mandatory for politicians there any more than it is here.

I do sincerely hope all their views come from soon-to-be-dead Boomers.

The boomers are kinda the only ones keeping red in the polls. All young people are brainwashed through the internet and social media and pretty soon Texas and Florida boomers are gonna die and be replaced with liberals from California and New York that were ran out by dumbass libtard policies to flip the states blue

What's wrong with that? If you feel the need to retire and have the means to do so then you can, or if you have worked to the point you literally can not anymore (and he wasnt even arguing against that). But for most people, retirement is a scam and when you look at the longest lived people in the world, you will find they never stopped working. Even if it is something as simple as "chopping firewood to sell for a little extra money on top of pension."

Chopping firewood to sell for money isn't exactly a fulltime job for the elderly. Most people would like to retire and not have to work their whole lives. Doing small side gigs etc isn't the same thing

God its infuriating and it crops up on this site all the time. I remember the skater punk\Christian rock trend in the 2000s getting the same treatment and fast forward to today none of those guys I knew are church goers anymore.

I do find those moron-types confusing. They complain about not being a part of a culture, while avowing to have nothing to do with anything cultural at all. Like, it isn't even usually about interacting in a different culture or pushing your own culture, it's about isolationist asceticism. "Don't ever go to community events or interact with society; hide alone in the woods, then complain that the community hasn't seen you for a while!"

Hahahahahaha

It's kind of tough these days if you don't drink, though.

Everyone I can think of that's ever criticized me for video games had their own vice that was just as bad if not worse. Either it was as simple as they watched TV as much as I played games or as complex as recurring alcohol/DUI problems. There was never one that wasn't in a glass house throwing stones.

Often masked as "don't like it" rather what is really "don't like your thing competing with my thing".

Though in this case it seems like "they didn't do this when he was a kid anything new is bad".
