It's DEFINITELY an op, Japan has pressure from international organisations, media conglomerates and the fricken US administration to bend the knee to both leftist policies and mass immigration.
Probably because despite their repopulation rates, their society is the antithesis to what they promote and their media (anime and manga) is easily eclipsing their propaganda with none of the same messaging.

Anyway its very depressing, I visited my inlaws place a few weeks ago. When I was there in 2009 it was 100% Japanese and very safe. Now there are tons of Muslims and they have a lot of rapes, robberies, stabbings. The locals are fucking pissed. I was getting dirty looks I never used to get and I can't blame them.
WTF... tons of Muslims? I still see a light at the end of the tunnel though. None of those people are citizens due to Japan's exceedingly strict criteria, so they can be deported by standard legislation if the political will is there.
