When I was there in 2009 it was 100% Japanese and very safe. Now there are tons of Muslims and they have a lot of rapes, robberies, stabbings.

WTF... tons of Muslims? I still see a light at the end of the tunnel though. None of those people are citizens due to Japan's exceedingly strict criteria, so they can be deported by standard legislation if the political will is there.
