Looks like "the right made me do it" is his chosen defense. Par for the course, nothing is ever the left's fault, even their own actions.
Just throw in the usual talking points like "right-wing disinformation" and lack of censorship and some leftist judge will probably feel sorry for him.
Ive seen some "based" twitter accounts repeating this lie like its an obvious gotcha against some right wing accounts like conceptualjames and the like. Really helped expose some of these people as the (((fakes))) they obviously are.

Tim pool is one with the fence. Or at least was, last I knew of him. Like he bent over backward so hard to be like "well, but we don't know why the left would burn cities and murder people and gangrape white people while yelling death to whitey, could be anything"
He seems to have moved a smidgen to the right as of late, but just barely.
