2023 and I'm pretty sure some places done lost that development. Not only can they not figure it out, but if you concentrate enough of them, they ruin it for anyone else who happens to be nearby too.
As Empire of Dust famously called them out on, they were left with a mostly modern (for its time) society with all the tools and pieces for them to pick up the slack, and instead they tore it down in their haste to loot and sent themselves back centuries.
When blacks take over here, they loot the system. Money will just continue to disappear, but shit starts to not get done. If you complain about it, they just call you racist. And at this point, blacks are in charge of most major American cities. Which I don't even quite understand, cuz I don't think blacks are really a majority anywhere. It's fucked up.
But pretty much any American city you can go look up the last white mayor. Once the blacks take over, so far they are entrenched.

Reminds me of the Flint water crisis. I believe Michigan State University sent a team of engineers who pinpointed exactly where the infrastructure was failing and needed replacement. Instead the city's leadership hired friends and family's companies to dig random holes in people's yard on the tax payer dime then throw their hands up in the air and blame "systemic racism."
What's different about white tinpot dictators in small places is they tend to keep the neighborhood nice. They at least act like they live in the neighborhood. Now, cities are big, so the dictator could be keeping his hood clean, but everywhere else is a shithole. Black dictators don't value anything but their own wealth, and they will if given any opportunity live far away from all the people they rule. Send their kids to jewish private school. The whole 9 yards.
If blacks are in charge for long enough, no one will want to live in the whole city, as has been seen time and time again. "White flight"
There are plenty of places around the South that they are. My father is from a town that is like 57% black, and its a parish seat town so its decently big. Any state in the real South (so not touching the Mason-Dixon) will have nearly black only areas because while segregation isn't openly allowed we all still do it anyway because we don't want to be around each other.
But that's also why most of the South is at the bottom of the barrel in every metric. Its not the white Southerners who are 60IQ retards destroying everything that touch, its the black ones.
Yeah the way it goes is the immigrants all move to the suburbs eventually. So really you're only left with blacks in the city. I mean the ones that can't manage to move out. Blacks move to the suburbs when they can.

No you are thinking of the right one, but the black guy didn't have self-awareness. It was the Chinese guy telling him how they squandered all that they had, as he sat their silently unable to muster up anything back.
Its a great doc simply because its Chinese made about dealing with Africans. So it has none of those hangups the rest of the West has when talking about Africa and openly shows how useless and stupid they are, as this disgruntled China-foreman tries to tard wrangle them into basic labor.

I get the impression that one difference between Africa and the rest is the shit in Africa evolved to deal with people. Stuff of a certain size survived that wouldn't have anywhere else in the world. And I don't think it's due to African incompetence at primitive hunting. The American megafauna were taken down with spears. I think it's that the stuff in Africa are survivors that have been around people for a long time. The ones that were vulnerable got eaten, but there's still large game in Africa. In a way that there isn't in Europe or America.
Guinea worm. Why boiling drinking water hasn't become universal as soon as we realized it killed parasites is beyond me.
Not just African Africans, but American Africans, too. Saw it repeatedly during my time in the local gov. Every time there was an initiative to enhance the services or quality in one of the "minority neighborhood" offices, in less than a month the ones in the black neighborhoods would be robbed, stripped, wrecked, and literally shit on.
Worst example was that a water fountain was installed to provide water to a poor area, and within a week, in the middle of winter, a dindu had taken a dull hacksaw and cut it off, spraying himself with water for at least an hour in the process. All to steal less than $100 of materials.
Yep that's what I was trying to say. As they turn cities over to blacks here, they decay. Sometimes they even have the gall to blame the whites, as in I believe Jackson Mississippi.
The cities are turned over in a weird way, too. Blacks are never a majority, but other nonwhite shitskins vote Democrat. Blacks are in charge of the Democrat party in a lot of cities. Not really in charge, but you know what I mean. So at 51% (nonwhite) or where there are too many baizuos the whole place gets turned over to corrupt blacks.
