It’s an interesting side effect that affects a lot of always online people. They want full agreement with what they say but never disagreement. I believe this mentality will all go away if down votes were added back or if the like and block buttons were removed.
She should sue. Though I'm sure they have some kind of ambiguous "non-controversy" clause in her contract where she can be fired for "liking" anything on social media as long as they believe it hurts their brand.
They likely have a clause allowing them to cancel her contract purely for convenience and even if they didn't, a lawsuit would cost > $100,000 and take several years. A better tactic is to encourage your fans to get their tickets refunded and chargeback if necessary.
Mass chargebacks are awesome. They don't just return the money, they pay a fee to the credit card, so they can actually end up with less than they started if enough people chargeback.
