You forgot the most horrific part of that story. She was raped, murdered, dismembered and partially fed to pigs, and her dad was confronted with that, and then came back with the "muh tocos" line.

Quite likely. I know there was a lot of similar shit going on with Covid, Covid vaccines, and how some patients were being given coverage.
IE, iirc, some familes were being paid (Don't remember by who), to proclaim how they were mistaken for not getting the vaccine. I might be remember specific details incorrectly, but it was something along those general lines.
Here victims and familles of victims of criminal acts are paied compensation. Which is tied to secret conditions. Which means "praise the Diversity that raped and killed your family".

The manifesto was highly news-worthy in a context of quickly worsening anti-White actions by institutions and individuals.
It just hurts the agenda of anti-White institutions. So they deem it morally wrong and wish to criminalize + censor such news reporting.
This is the same song and dance they pulled with Peter Thiel funding Hulk Hogan’s Gawker lawsuit. The lawsuit and Gawker’s own actions were what actually mattered but instead they acted like it was Thiel shutting them down.

If the local news is to be believed, the NYT reporter's description of events isn't accurate (shocking I know). At least in this article, the criticism is leveled at the police officer who leaked the images, not at Crowder.
Also, Leatherwood seems like a money and clout-chasing grifter. (Brent Leatherwood sounds like a gay pornstar's name, BTW). Going from the TN GOP to the Southern Baptist organization to being the self-appointed spokesman of the families who had children at the school. (Note, not even the victims families, just people who had children at the school.)
