She also argued the lower court adopted "a novel and disruptive conception of the state-action doctrine" that allegedly runs afoul of the First Amendment

The first amendment protects the people from government censorship, not the right of the government to censor the people.

Ahh, but who will protect the rights of government agents to speak freely about censoring the US populace with the relevant contractors?

Will no-one think of the poor Stasi agents?

Yeah, I was going to say I'm pretty sure the 1st amendment was written to keep things such as this from happening in the first place.

Like when they said Trump couldn’t block people?

your collusion is what's violating the rules here, not the stopping of it.

Being a government employee comes with so many benefits its basically living life on easy mode, especially an "agent" which removes even the pesky "having to deal with customers" aspect that plagues the lower level workers life.

I'd be pretty content, as I assume most people would, with the trade off for that being that you give up your "freedom" to speak and act as openly as the rest of the citizens.

I'm sure people will cover how retarded the first amendment claim is, but the separation of powers claim is just as bad. It would prevent any judicial review. The appellees need to pound Marbury vs Madison hard.

The Supreme Court should have the ability to issue death sentences for logic this bad.
