Yes. Insults from the right usually center on accusations of degeneracy or an inability to separate reality from theory/aspirarion.
In contrast, the left likes to paint the right as subhuman. They'll say their target looks inbred or mock them as backwards if they come from the South or Midwest. There's a smug elitist streak in insults from the left.
