The entire werewolf trope is the fear of the "beast in Man".
The Hulk is the exact same thing, but he stays human so we know he's a "good guy".
Most true-life werewolf lore involves SERIAL KILLERS, cannibals, and rape-murderers. Where women were burned for being witches, men were burned for being "werewolves".
Some Eastern Europeans describe a werewolf as looking like a normal canine, but without a tail. Not because humans don't have tails, but because a canine without a tail is GENUINELY SCARY if it's wolflike (and not a sheepdog that looks like a sheep/cuts the profile of a sheep), because the tail is a good diagnostic to tell if it's domesticated or wild (dog tails are always curved.)
If she wants female werewolves, then she wants Werewolf: the Apocalypse, it's got an entire tribe of females (Black Furies). What one does with them in the privacy of their own group is their own business.
A werewolf could also be a man who acts like a wolf. There are several diseases that can cause this.
And then there's general dysmorphia, but I didn't want to bother going into the medical side of it. I have no idea if these things affect one sex more than the other, and I consider dysmorphia a spiritual issue as much as a medical one.

Given that wir is of the same root as vir (you may recognize it from words like virtue and virile), one might assume that there are no female werewolves, only wimwolves, but the luna-tic in the OP isn't making a linguistic quibble.
Skyrim had a couple. World of Darkness had an entire group of them. A lot of the werewolf movies I've watched had at least one or two. Just more proof that these people don't interact with the things they're bitching about.
I suspect there's something a so redundant about creating some fairytale reason for women to turn into vicious, unreasonable beasts on a monthly basis that no-one felt the need to make one up.

It's an aversion to seeming contrived. Men just fit the trope and archetype better and directors will naturally play it safe. It isn't just the opposite of what a woman "should be", it's the opposite of how a woman generally wounds you and to be frank I'd rather a werewolf tear me limb from limb compared to the malice even the average woman is capable of.
And believe you me a female werewolf can be done, but you also have to remember that the era of the monster movie is kind of over.
There's a nearly constant thread on the /trash/ board of 4chan filled with furries longing for their 'Wifwolves" to come and love them forever. No one is more deluded or hostile than a woman who invented something out of nowhere to be mad about.

Female werewolves have been in the biggest MMO in history since 2010, had pretty feminine eyes and female features so you knew they were female. In Skyrim you could become a female werewolf with no issues and were just as beastly as the males cause the experience needs to be the same for both genders of course.
