Well, obviously. All of the people complaining make me think of them as projection and often times those staunch enemies of drawings are the ones who turn out to be actual sex pests. UN was also against it a while ago and iirc didn't they also have a huge sex scandal with kids in the 3rd world? Yeah.

This is concerning but I wish people who write shit like this would stop lying. hashtags are not the algorithm "helping pedos" it's just a keyword search that is linked to others and showing clusters. (I'm pretty sure) The algorithm does not have a "pro pedo" weighting attached to it.
I'm all for instagram copping shit for it's existence, but I just want to point out that this article is a creative reinterpretation of the truth.
Now Tucker has jumped on board with repeating the accusations in this story, implying that their lead tech guy was bragging about its child porn recommendation capabilities. I'm pro taking down Instagram but he'd better be damn sure about it.
I mean if Tucker says it there's probably something behind it.
But a hashtag working as it's meant to do is not the same as a programmer reviewing each hashtag created manually, and programming instagram to find that stuff.

Anybody heard of the name MouthyBuddah? When he was making videos about pizzagate, that one social media site all the usual suspects were using was you guessed it, instagram. And all of them were pretty blatant and seem so complacent about posting their fetishes without any fears. And while back some fashion company got in trouble over satanic imagery, they also seemed to have instagram account.
Instagram is Child Porn.
Understand that as AI becomes smarter it trends towards doing what you want, or not doing what you want. The possibilities grow exponentially, and even now, old methods of reigning in computer programs are failing.
Both situations have their own problems.
