libtard run cities are all very easy to take pics like this in because they just let homeless do drugs in the open & take over areas with no consequence, since libtards have this twisted ideology that homeless drug addicts are somehow victims of capitalism or some shit so we should all just let them do whatever they want.
you don't see this in red or moderate cities because the homeless just get arrested and carted off to jail if they try to set up somewhere.
In addition to the obvious squalor, look at the actual pavement ... that's pavement that's not been clean for a long, long time.
