I mean, I have been quite open about my attitude of Musk taking over Twitter from word "go". Either he destroys it, denying my enemies a means of communication. Or he fixes it, and allows everyone else to talk and take the fight to my enemies.

I doubt woke investment funds will be much of an issue as we get more bank runs and persistent "sticky" inflation.
The big investment firms want more bank runs. The less reliable physical currency becomes as a means of exchange, the easier it gets to sell CBDCs, and all ofcthe control that goes along with that.
CBDC is just hyperinflation skipping the wheelbarrows-of-paper phase. It's still worthless fiat in the end.
It's a method of regime control. They mean it to completely supplant fiat, and when it does there will be all sorts of restrictions applied. You've already had your 10 ounces of red meat this month, so it's plant-based or bugs until the 30th. You want a beer? Well, we've decided your alcohol content is too high, so you can't have that. Cigarettes? Smoking is bad for you, so you can't spend your money on those. What do you need all this gas for? You're planning a trip out of town? We've decided that's too bad for the environment so you can't have your gas. You're protesting against our digital currency policies? Well that makes you an undesirable, so no more money for you.

Right, no different from ration coupons in the old USSR. So everyone will buy meat and cigs, regardless if they actually like it or not, so they can trade it in the black market for shit they actually want using other means (e.g. barter or precious metals).
That's the best case scenario; realistically, there's just going to be mass shortages as people buy up everything to their limit just so their "money" doesn't fucking expire after a certain period. Of course, the central planners will then blame the "greedy" farmers for not producing enough and seize their land so some incompetent party ass-suck can mismanage the land even harder.
As much as communists love to redefine words, in the end it's just rebranded feudalism. And like all nobility, the nepotism and inbreeding eventually make them completely retarded.
The Right are so fucking stupid. If Musk destroys Twitter, something will come along and replace it, and that thing will be infested with the Progressive disease like Twitter was, and we go right back to the shit state we were in prior to Musk's takeover.
If Substack offers an alternative to Twitter, Musk's Twitter competing with that (Substack has been vehemently pro-free speech from the beginning) is the best possible outcome.

This "rival" service is a paid-subscription and authors would still rely on Twitter for its audience to bring in subscribers. It's not replacing Twitter in anyway.
Twitter has a similar paid-subscription service called a "Super Follower" but, for whatever reason, not a lot of people use it.
Instead of asking why this is and how to fix this issue, Twitter soft bans Substack, even going so far as to label the links as "Unsafe/Malicious" to their users.
