I can’t possibly quantify how much I hate these fucking people.
I think there's not much professionalism in the west any more. They don't take the work or servicing people seriously any more. They think they can get by doing half-ass at the task and that attitude is seen everywhere, in the tech, game and servicing industry.
They are also captured by ideological cults which they believe are more important than doing a good job for their employer/customer.
It's measured in bodies.
By that same argument the common cold is the longest running pandemic in human history
Kind of. Once a pandemic becomes recurrent enough that it's just part of life, it's "endemic". Technically yes, the cold is a pandemic we've just gotten used to.
Still a pandemic as it mutates regularly, which is the standard the CDC is using to continue to force mandates on hospitals with Covid.
The flu mutates regularly and is still considered an endemic.
I’m not disagreeing, I’m just using the standard the CDC has set with Covid. This is why masks are still forced in hospitals nationwide.
The CDC is run by some amazingly dedicated retards propping up some incredibly corrupt motherfuckers.
Not fedposting, but I have gotten closer to the "buy an abandoned iron mine and turn it into an underground bunker" line over the last three years then ever before in my life.
Major organizations had to change the definition of pandemic so that it would be.
Twelve years ago H1N1 Swine Flu happened. It infected a lot of people, but (Like COVID-19) the death rate wasn't very high.
The definition of Pandemic was then changed (by FDA, WHO etc) to exclude a mortality rate.
So you are right; but only because they changed the defintion.
I remember in Houston the head of hospital had to give a press conference because local media kept reporting that hospitals were overwhelmed and that was a lie. Also remember the dishonest hysteria about case counts and they rarely mentioned that the vast majority of people who had covid were fine or didn’t have to go to hospital
Yeah one of my co-workers was obsessed with case counts. Then he shifted to being terrified of Long Covid. Fucking retards everywhere.
They only time the hospitals were overwhelmed was in the first couple of months when it cleaned out the care homes.
After that, they were basically half empty until winter.
I work in the largest medical center in the world, when this all started my roommate was an ICU nurse at a hospital in this same medical center. When he had tons of free time, got off work easily, never got sick with basic hygiene and following the normal hospital protocols, never got us sick at the house...it was as clear as it could be that the whole thing was exaggerated.
He still hasn't gotten covid despite being a travelling covid nurse when the money shot up, I've only had it once cause a coworker came into work with it and we went to lunch together (unawares at the time).
This whole thing has been so stupid, and I'm only commenting to say that hospital staffs were not in on it, at least not these retard dancing nurses, they are just stupid. Whether leadership of hospitals were in on it is a different (and most likely) story.
The covid BS opened my eyes to just how much of a shit show America truly is, how "the land of the free and home of the brave" was anything but, and how much down the crapper the west in general was the going.
Overwhelmed by the TikTok dance fever!
Turns-out canceling surgeries and appointments gives alot of time for dancing at work.
They're attention whores
If you have time to dance around at/after your job it's not a hard working job with long hours.
And I'm not talking about the 2-3 people groups who might just be friends to do some stupid tiktoc meme shit (hey... people are just different than me and might think that is fun), but I'm talking about the whole department shit.
"Hey X, you jut had a 12 hour shift and 5 people died due to covid. You should stay and learn a choreo with the rest of us!"
It was supposed to be a de-stressing exercise to keep up their morale and spirits.
However since most nurses are women and are still nurses, they have a huge requirement for attention. So they were compelled by that to post it online to get headpats.
Hospitals shut down and cancelled everything. Even cancer screening was put on hold for years. Entire departments were devoid of anything to do, so they sat around and choreographed tiktok dances, while people who should have been there for appointments got sicker.
