Define me as a criminal and I'll have no choice but to act like one.

Just to update, I did not see the full video and someone was mentioning that she was against AI to control hate speech and in fact was laughing at the notion of hate speech.

So meh, it may be just an outrage clip without context.

Nah, that's highly unlikely. The fat ugly whore is from my country and she's been all in on globohomo, ban hate speech, niggers welcome for years.

But you would have to get rid of the first amendment. Also hate speech is very subjective

And what do you think will happen if they simply ban it anyway?

Nobody is going to revolt. Comfort is still too high for that. They'll simply go around censoring people and charging them, clog up the courts for a few years, have the average people suffer not for the penalty but for the legal fees, and then get the compromise half-way point anyway because that's what always happens.

The Constitution is a speed hump, not a barrier. It stops very little, contrary to popular belief.

The Constitution is a speed hump, not a barrier. It stops very little, contrary to popular belief.

It also gives subversives a target to aim at, so they know how to craft their infowar against the public consciousness.

They act in opposition to the spirit of the constitution and claim this is perfectly fine because they haven't violated the text of it. They use that subverted spirit to hijack the text for their own purposes - see how the first amendment has successfully enabled 'censorship' to be redefined, in the minds of many midwits, as something only the government engages in.

Then in the end they progressively violate the text of the constitution too, by degrees, and encounter decreased resistance because the public has been too confused and demoralised by rules-lawyering. Having no independent values of their own, any normie who turns back to 'the constitution' for certainty will no longer find the constitution but instead just an idea of the constitution, repackaged for them by their favourite political commentators and fact-checkers. Subversion complete.

Well I'll immediately violate the hate speech laws and refuse to pay any fines etc.

Okay. You do that. Then you'll be given two options: deal with court and have to pay legal fees (or defend yourself and probably lose because you don't know how to draw shit out long enough for this to be repealed), or you'll resist that as well and enter into a situation where you'll face prison for evading court dates.

And while I respect standing your ground, it should be clear that you probably won't win. Best case scenario is that you're capable of becoming a martyr akin to Ruby Ridge, except you probably won't because that was heavily due to entrapment.

Same process they're doing with the gun rights. The court even ruled in favor of the 2nd amendment and states were like "nah we'll just keep doing what we're doing". Even if you aren't convicted, the process is the punishment.

Yes, the point is that it is subjective.

I try to point out that eventually the law will come for you due to the subjectivity. Then they say well we only mean it for really offensive speech. But that’s the same thing

Not sure what they plan but it does not look good.

Yes, they intend to get rid of the entire Constitution.

I consider hate speech laws to be hate speech, for they hurt my feelings and cause me to feel intense, murderous hatred.

Is hate speech an EU regulation? I thought it was on a per country bases and not the entire EU

The solution is to bury all the globalists and their minions.
