That'd be fine if they were actually good at teaching something other than soy-based pedofaggot indoctrination.

Academic performance drops every year. Teachers “we need more money!”. Teachers unions “You can’t pay based of performance!”. Public schooling has failed so miserably teaching to the lowest common denominator with the most inept teachers whose degrees are essentially indoctrination programs.

children and families should have access to good teachers!

Great, here's a voucher system that lets families choose the schools that they want their kids to go to so that they can better have access to good teachers

no, not like that!

If the educational system was worth a damn I might be inclined to listen. Unfortunately for them, the educational system is nothing but a malicious propaganda outlet.

Nothing but a malicious propaganda outlet

Why else would a Democrat want to fund it?

You pay 10-20k per student. there are up to 30 students in the class. I would think you could find 60k for the teacher? But the government isn't going to make their budgeting any better.

Why not. If they can be fired on the spot as soon as they mention or express any aspect of their sexuality or try to bring things into their lessons that do not belong.

Because if you do the latter, the teachers that remain will most certainly be worth the 60k

Money doesn't improve learning in a room full of 45 students and 1 teacher. The schools will just use the extra pay as an excuse to pack another 10 students into the classroom. "Can't afford extra teachers, gotta lose a few too." Compounding the problem further. We need legislation restricting the ratio of students to teachers 20:1 at the outside. That also directly solves many of the issues teachers are dealing with and forces schools to better incentivize new teachers.

Misread that as "money doesn't improve learning in a room full of 45 IQ students" and it reminded me that you can throw all the money you want at education and test scores will not budge for certain demographics.

Well then I'll just become a teacher and law will be my side gig at that point

The United States already pays the most for schooling per capita in the world by a large margin and still it is a laughing stock

No first-year teacher should make more than 40 K/year. They know nothing about anything.

You know an institution is run by Leftists when they want to reward people who are failing spectacularly at their jobs.

we spend more on education than any other country and the results are quite clear that isn't the way to make it work.
