Actually the funniest part is there's one character called Loba who's actually hot, the guy who wanted to make her had noticed "an erasure of sexuality" with the other characters but had to crawl around to all the women in the company to get their "permission" to make her. I can't remember all the details, but it's an interesting read if you can find the full story.
I dont like apex chars. But i do notice the only apex char that consistently get rule 34 is loba. Hell i just saw a professional blender animation of loba being railed by 2 horses. Not that i look that up.. i just look up r34 animations lol.
I've seen some amazing animations of her, can confirm. At least with Apex the lore and shit matters even less than in overwatch and that is saying something.
The whole Abby is trans thing was never real, it was speculation based on a leak. The character was clearly not trans in the actual game. The issue with her is that she looked like she was on steroids and was ugly. She was modeled on steroid using internet women.
and with no cool robots while the cool robot game is under constant DDOS attack that they do nothing about for years so it dies. One of the few multiplayer games still with a loyal following and they just had to fix the hackers and attacks.
It proves there's no future planning in these corps imo. This was your big old franchise, you wanna keep the buzz alive and not alienate your core.

As the other comment said, it would be completely unbelievable if they were to make any of their female characters trannies. I think Apex is able to get away with it because they make all their characters ugly, but Overwatch definitely makes the girls hot. Having one ugly character among the hotties would stick out like a sore thumb. It could be pretty funny though.

you can't really do trannies in video games. if you make an actual female 3d model, then it's just taking a female model and saying "but it's a guy".
if you make an actual realistic tranny, the trannies will get mad because the tranny is ugly and realistic.
