Guardian follow up:

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2022/oct/18/manchester-consulate-attack-china-flexing-muscles-abroad-hongkongers-britain

And

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2022/oct/19/uk-may-expel-chinese-diplomats-over-manchester-consulate-violence

Pretty fucking bold, to say the least. Like, on a scale of 1 to Khashoggi, obviously this is not quite at that level, but still... I honestly wonder at what level of diplomatic staff this was approved (if at all). Because well, I mean, the whole thing is literally on widely-distributed video, so...

Obviously they decided they could get away with this (and they almost certainly will).

I mean... yeah? What's Britain gonna do, they're not even protecting their own from the culture of sand niggery. You think they're going to stand up to China for a dude from Hong Kong?

At this point I'm more surprised that some bobbie didn't join in on the beatings.

I mean, from the video (the whole thing was filmed), they pretty much did (re your last sentence)...

It's kind of hard to tell who is who, but the bobbies were definitely beating up someone, before the incident escalated into the above, a few seconds later...

They're more likely to stand up for Hong Kong. They have business interests there. Meanwhile, they want their own natives replaced with cheaper labor.

Good, frankly, I hope china pulls more of this shit, so more normies see their happy sappy bruce lee movie mask fall off, and see them for the demons that they really are.

Oh I wish it was that simple.

There's plenty of evidence for reeducation camps, even mainstream media has covered it, yet my leftist brother won't believe it.

At this point people are just picking their narrative of choice, the truth doesn't matter anymore.

Same with my family, including one uncle who continues to work closely with people in China (not as a spy, lol. He’s an academic, which… Let’s just say no wonder he is compromised).

They literally just ignore it. They don’t even try to refute it. They simply don’t care. Sadly…

Obviously they decided they could get away with this (and they almost certainly will).

Well, at the moment, they seem to be asserting that the protestor in fact dived into the consulate, so keen was he to attack CCP truncheons with his face.

It remains to be seen whether GMP will swallow what appears to be a transparent lie for the sake of saving face.

I don't think the people who did this realize how much of a gigantic diplomatic fuck-up it is to abduct someone from UK territory to drag them on Chinese territory to beat him up.

( Beating dissidents and human rights violations, they don't care. The abducting from foreing soil they might. )

Well maby they realized how big of a diplomatic cluster grenade this would be... if the country wasen't cucked beyond parody.

They work in the fucking consulate, they definitely understand. They dragged him into the consulate BECAUSE they understand - its attempt to avoid prosecution.

In all likelihood, this decision came from high up in the consulate - or could even have come over the phone direct from China - and is just another instance of China flexing its ever-growing muscles to see what it can get away with. Expect to see more and more of this stuff all around the world as China eclipses America.

Contrary to popular belief, embassies and consulates are not literally extraterritorial. Whoever dragged the guy inside committed a crime, however, if they were consular staff they have diplomatic immunity and thus cannot be punished by the UK beyond expulsion. When the police entered the consular premises to drag the guy back out, THEY violated the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations: "The premises of the mission shall be inviolable. The agents of the receiving State may not enter them, except with the consent of the head of the mission."

So yeah, this is a diplomatic cluster grenade. But it's likely the UK cop's head which will roll, since they committed a treaty violation against China.

I mean, this is kind of important, at a diplomatic level...

But sure, I'll bite, Imp. Do tell, we're clearly all waiting to hear about it...

They specifically didn't trespass on the grounds. That's the point.

They were on the street. Consulate staff specifically came out, onto the public street (of, it’s worth noting, a foreign country. NOT a Chinese/Hong Kong street), smashed up their signs, and dragged the guy back onto the grounds of the consulate...

THAT is why this is news. You really do seem to be missing the point, here...

And sure, ok, re that story. I'll read up on it. But I literally don't agree with a single other thing you have said, here.

It's unhinged...

It really does.

Sometimes I do wonder. But then sometimes Imp says totally reasonable things, too. And then immediately goes back to derailing the conversation two comments later.

It’s odd.

He's not wrong about everything. Nobody is. I'd even go so far as to say he's more often right than wrong. The problem is, I'd estimate that 90% of the time that he's right, he's also 100% off-topic.

He's got a one-track mind and refuses to talk about anything but his particular obsession and won't shut the fuck up about it.

As others have said, that exact thing you mention is what makes me wonder about Imp’s motivations sometimes, but then his comments are so schizophrenic, and swing wildly from completely reasonable to utterly insane that I just… Don’t know.

He’s not consistent enough to be a paid troll. And he’s so wildly extreme (most of the time) that I think he’s probably just an internet weirdo…

Just by far the most committed weirdo to his specific niche cause that we seem to have…

I admire the grift. I could never commit this much effort and energy to something so entirely pointless as turboposting here to that extent…

Must be nice having that much free time.

To me it looks like he's half in and they pull him fully in so- you know the media is always going to side with protestors/rioters when they side with the anglo-american axis regime.

I assume he thinks that because it was started by women (for obvious, entirely non-conspiratorial reasons), it must be “pro-pedo” or something…

Unless the implication is that Mahsa Amini groomed little boys or something equally absurd, but surely that’s a stretch, even for Imp…

Unironically, Imp, you would probably love Iran. Like, really, dude, the regime there is like fantasy fulfillment for you, in many ways.

“Pity” the people of Iran no longer seem to feel the same way, though… 🤷🏻‍♂️

No, he wouldn't love Iran. He loves nothing. Women exist in Iran, men marry them. Children are born in Iran, therefore not radical enough for him. You literally can not find any person or place that is pure enough for him.
Just look around. No matter what happens, he bitches. Seriously, nothing is good enough for him, because he has mental issues.

What "coup in Iran"? What forces did leave the barracks and move against whom?

Or is it just a quiet palace coup?

It's time for open and uncensored discussion of women's hatred and targeting of the weakest among us.

Okay, what are the arguments for and against the presumed efforts by females to clean up our gene pool?
