The obvious gender neutral solutions to 'latino/latina' would be 'latin', or 'latine'.

The obvious gender neutral solutions 'fillipino/fillipina' would be 'philipine' or 'philipinian'. Spell them with an F if you want, I don't see the point when you're already anglicizing it by making it gender neutral.
