It's some tranny janny (but I repeat myself) from the UK who banned the mod.
Not only that, but wrote a long-winded post gloating about banning the mod, as well as the account that posted it, as well as another account which apparently used the same IP address.

Simple retexture mod, no need for hex editing or anything like that.
The mod didn't even "erase" anything, all it did was make it a middle-east region code compliant game, which the company already makes.
Nexus got issues? Take it up with the devs!

that's not a nitpick, it's very important to point out misinformation in these situations. it gets spread around by people who (understandably) don't have the time or patience to fact-check every little thing they hear.
this particular piece of misinformation surely didn't originate by someone's misunderstanding, it was malicious.
I just didn't want to sound too 'akshually', as I can't stand those people. I try to be humble.

A few days latter, checked out another mod on the page and found my account has been banned. The account I had already closed. If that doesn't tell you how fucking petty they are, I don't know what will.

The worst part is how many are willing to accept trash now. Interplay went out of business when they fucked over the Fallout fans by putting out Tactics and BOS instead of 3. Bethesda has a bunch of dipshits that still defend them. They actually expect that they're going to improve their game design, rather than put the absolute bare minimum effort into Starfield like they always do. I miss the days when being a fan of something didn't mean never holding it to any kind of standards.
Pretty sure starfield will be super buggy, but they gotta make sure theres pronouns! I bet if there is a mod that removes they/them choices, itll get banned.
