Jesus Christ he's a fucking potato.

What we're seeing now is 100 percent deep state governance without presidential interference. Normally they have to work around or negotiate with a President and what we see would be a mixed bag of warring agendas. Not this term. This President is a vegetable who gets wheeled in front of cameras occasionally. Everything-- from the removal of cigarettes for public health to the Ukraine war-- is a clear window into the deep state's desires.

Some aspects of it are worse than others, but universally it is statist and coercive at home, and aggressively warlike overseas.

Actually it's a bit worse. We all use "The Deep State" as a reference point, but let's be clear that it's not actually referring to a proper cabal. It's referring to the unelected bureaucratic managerial elite and their financial backers all of which have different agendas.

The truly terrifying thing about this administration is that no one is in charge. We're not even ruled over an unelected tyrant and his council. We're ruled only by his court, all of whom are vying for their own power. What this has led to is that no one is taking responsibility for anything, and everyone is just doing whatever they want, and fucking literally everyone over in the process even their own allies.

Each policy enacted is part of one or two agencies or factions agendas, without regard to anyone or any group else. This is leading to total incoherence overall, but extremely aggressive political actions in the particular policy. Everyone knows that in this effective power vacuum, each petty tyrant can get away with whatever they want for the moment.

Look at Harris for a moment, she's the Clintonian heir-apparent, but her claim to power is being constantly delegitimized from the Left by what we can assume are Pelosi's and Jill Biden's allies, along with the Progressives. She's not able to take charge away from Joe (effectively Jill), and she gets intentionally handed complete shit-sandwiches like the border, which she proceeds to completely abandon so that she can't get blamed for it. Everybody's on their own fucking program, and so the result is total fucking instability.

The reason that the Saudi's won't return Biden's calls aren't just because he's stupid, or not worth their time, or they have better ties with Trump; but because they of all people know damn well the danger posed by a weak king. They know what happens when the court gets it's own way because the king can't control them. In the Arab world, they are probably assuming a full scale Civil War is inevitable because that is exactly what would take place in most monarchs. If you've played Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, Armello, or know anything about the War of The Roses, or the Japanese Sengoku Jidai, you understand their perspective. It's too dangerous to give any legitimacy to an illegitimate king, who will absolutely fall, because you will become the enemy of whomever replaces him. So, it's best to ignore him completely.

Thing is, a Leftist monarchy is ruling over a weak Republic, and the opposition is a coalition of philosophical Liberal Revolutionaries.

What the Saudis (and other authoritarians) don't understand is that Liberal Revolutionary movements are extremely subversive through the use of popular sovereignty to gain political momentum from large populations, and use Republicanism to parse out political control from a central government. Liberal Revolutions (which is effectively what we are in, and surprise: you are on the side of the actual Liberal Revolutionaries, Leftist are Anti-Liberal) use a kind of war of political maneuver to undermine the central government until it relents to reform, by keeping it underfunded, undersupported, and promoting treason among the vassals.

This shit is why Bannon, DeSantis, Greene, and others are so important. It is the undermining of political control by the central government, and forming parallel systems until the central power either relents or collapses. This is why so many European monarchies accepted constitutional changes under pressure from Liberal coalitions in the 19th Century, but it was only in the 20th century when Leftism took over, and normally after losing elections.

The biggest problem the Left had was imagining that they were the natural end-point of Liberalism, and then losing almost every election where they would have assumed they won by expanding the vote as wide as possible and demanding a rescinding of the constitution. They constantly lost the election because, as Lenin tried to tell them: the proletariat are the most reactionary force of all, and the Liberals tended to perpetually undermine them. So, they would declare the constitution null and void, and then seize the government with force. The Fabian Socialists are correct in their critique that Socialism will only be accepted through the most persistent possible subversion, because otherwise freedom will perpetually subvert the Socialists themselves.

The Liberal Revolutions tended to very rarely start wars, and normally if a war started, it was a relatively bloodless one compared to your average Civil War. Even against Leftists who typically used dramatic amounts of force against Liberal Revolutions, casualties were always relatively minor.

I maintain that we will see what we saw with the Soviet Union. A very sudden, almost planet-wide collapse of the entire Fabian order within a few years. Each Liberalization undermines the central power until it reaches a cascade failure point, where the whole system lands on it's neck.

Listen, Armello is actually the perfect example, and I had to add the others around it.

Literally: "the king is crazy and evil, so we have to overthrow him before *those guys... er.. rabbits... over there do."

This shit is why Bannon, DeSantis, Greene, and others are so important. It is the undermining of political control by the central government, and forming parallel systems until the central power either relents or collapses.

I can't wait to see what form this takes as we move toward 2024. I can envision red states becoming more independent of DC and using nullification to effect eventual total separation.

This is the only "parallel system" I can see emerging from the current . . . uh . . . period of flux.

Why aren't more people discussing the possibilities of the reformed Libertarian party as a way to gain control of states from the grassroots? They are all about de-centralizing political power.

The Libertarian Party only existed since the 1970's, and all institutional players don't work with it because both parties oppose them. It means that both sides will attack from all angles in order to crush actual, genuine, Libertarian threats.

This is why the Free State Project is important. If you can properly secure political territory to have Libertarians operate from, they can genuinely expand into other states, rather than be off-shoots of other parties.

How likely is an expansion of the FSP? Does NH have room for everyone looking to live with more liberty?

The Libertarian party is discussing it. I feel like the movement is just starting. Unfortunately in many states it's impossible for a third-party to win, so in those they need to take over the GOP - something MAGA has already been doing.

I expect the Republicans to try and remove him for health reasons if they win a majority in the mid-terms, depending on if they think running against Harris is an easier win in '24.

Ah yes, the "muh both sides"

Remind me which side explicitly voted for baby murder and AWBs recently? Remind me which side is the degenerate child molester advocates?

Are there shitty republicans? Absolutely. But you know what, the democrats are all fucking garbage and can't be saved. The republicans can.

If you give up your rights in the case of an emergency, they will create emergencies. Yes, even infantcide.

You simply cannot cope with the fact that both political parties are your enemy, can you?

Girondins are worse than Montagnards. Mensheviks are worse than Bolsheviks. Republicans are worse than Democrats.

I saw some dumbass on reddit talking about how his family believed there is a shadow government and how he thought it was the most important thing to convince them wasn't true. Mfer we have a meat puppet as a president. He's clearly not running the shit show

He'll occasionally wake up and push something through all on his own. When something really stupid happens you know it's a direct order from Potatus, like him insisting that the border patrol agents get punished for lassoing border jumpers when everyone agrees it didn't happen. "C'mon man people are dying out there, and this is hurting my poll numbers. We gotta send a message! Fire those guys now I don't care how just get it done!"
