I pirated it when it was released and couldnt be bothered to finish. Every cringy failure of a cutscene demotivated me from playing.
There one part of the main quest that had you fighting a guy because he is "misogynist" and tells you to shoot him in the dick. And another big part had a faggot relationship as a major plot point.
And they added an expansion that was entirely based on a faggot wedding.
The gameplay is decent but if you want the same thing check out Rage 2. That game also sucked but it had nice shooting mechanics.
The trick is to turn the voice volume to zero and make up your old dialog.
In my head, I was shooting that guy in the dick because he had been sentenced to an undickening for referring to the girl-power-ghostbusters as "creative".
I figured the writing was too unsalvageable, but that is what happens when regressive leftists write the plot.
Epic, pay me and I'll download it.
Same, they would have to pay me to play that
Imagine using epic games and cucking yourself
I don't.
I just thought it was funny that the price finally hit true value.
Now, when will they pay people to buy Tiny Tina's wonderland?
Yeah. Free isn't worth installing that client.
Randy Pitchford is a pedophile and the gearbox team are so retarded they refer to the general public as "muggles" like Harry Potter. If you expect anything but a flaming pile of shit out of these games you get what you deserve.
I found it hard to skip the story and skip to the gameplay because you had to "report to the bridge" So. Many. Times.
the first one had the best balance of memes and story. 2 was beatable but so much of the jokes were borderline retarded.
and the story sucked.
That reason is prescience.
I played a little of the first game and completed the 2nd game multiple times, which was fantastic, funny, and really fun. I will never play the 3rd. Even the short trailers for it looked terrible.
I mean, if you want to try the third, it's free. Probably the best time to, the woke trash that made it don't get anything.
Still don't want it. Even having at least slightly converted to PC gaming, I don't have that Epic launcher anyway. I may sound like one of those PC elitist turds, but if it's not on GOG or Steam I'm not interested. I don't want a damn store and account for every single publisher. I don't really like Steam either, but if you're stuck with one DRM platform that has to be the one.
Even though I'm no longer the huge fan of Epic I was, I still recommend the EGS over funding this.

They all suck though. I've already gotten rid of my PS4, and I'm not thrilled with Microsoft either. I get stuff there because it doesn't have DRM. The next choice is piracy.
GoG is no DRM and piracy is simple and easy on PC. Don't pay for shit.
I'm still clinging onto my Xbox. I actually thought of getting a PS4 after Sony grew some balls and told abortionists to tolerate opponents, but then I realized all the games are shit anyway.
I got rid of a ton of gaming stuff the last few months. PS4 had been made redundant and honestly was a huge disappointment well prior to me being mad at their woke. Everything was so meh about the first party games. I played a lot of them all the way through too, and I started thinking I'd never want to replay those again because they were not interesting. When the Yakuza series moved to Xbox and a lot of the new stuff seemed even worse the PS4 became very redundant. Funny enough I sold it for almost exactly what I paid for it new, market is stupid on those things.
I still have my Xbox One X, I'll still consider upgrading it too but they haven't made any games there enough for me to want to buy. Kept my PS3 too, lot of stuff on there I'd actually want to play again and even if I buy games they are secondhand. Might even try Gran Turismo for some reason never played one of those on there. Got rid of all kinds of older stuff I had gathered up, probably for a profit everyone is overpaying for "retro" stuff and I really wanted to downsize.
It wasn't necessarily difficulty that ran me off. I'm not one to necessarily need a hard game. Although I would say their difficulty curve was usually sort of challenging at the beginning until you're about 20% in and have learned the gameplay and have some upgrades. At which point it's totally trivial.
They just lost their variety to me. All third person action/adventure with mildly different ways of attacking like some being more ranged and others melee. Typically always a stealth section or two. I've played all the old God of War games at least twice each I think, have no interest in replaying the new one and it was my favorite exclusive game on the machine.
epic is ccp and they pay for hundreds of shills on reddit. im not funding that. even with free datamined games.
GOG's DRM free policy means they're great even if you don't buy from them, since their store listing becomes a sort of catalogue for games that you can easily pirate.
[X] Doubt
Free is significantly less than the amount they would need to pay me to play it.
I used to love Borderlands, BL2 is one of my favorite games. I fucking hate BL3. I could go on and on about why I feel this way, but here's a basic summary:
The writing is shit. And this is coming from someone who genuinely loves the writing in BL2. I'm not the only one who feels this way, most fans seem to agree the writing took a huge nosedive in 3. There's woke shit, but even without that, the writing would still suck. The jokes are cringe, characters uninteresting, and the plot makes no goddamn sense.
The gunplay is subpar. It's passable..... by 2012 standards, which is when BL2 came out. They have barely changed anything from the BL2 gameplay. Guns have a bit more weight to them, and enemies can be knocked off their feet with powerful guns, which is an improvement. But these are such small things, and everything else is pretty much the same. Guns still lack impact compared to other shooters such as CoD or Halo. Enemies still don't react much to being shot in general. Hell, in some ways, the gunplay of BL3 is actually a step down from previous games. Specifically, the enemy design is worse than BL2, and the movement is worse than BL:TPS.
The pacing, is, imo, the worst problem by far. What could be worse than filling your game with garbage writing? That's right, filling your game with garbage writing that can't be skipped! You will spend literal hours in this game waiting around for characters to finish their stupid dialogue, so the game can finally give you your next objective, and there is no way to skip this. Someone did the math, and found that about 3 in game hours total of a normal playthrough are spent standing around waiting. It should be game design 101 not to make a fucking game like this.
So yeah. It's a subpar shooter, with terrible writing that it will force you to sit through. I would only recommend this game if you're a fan of the series and are desperate for something with loot as good as previous entries. Honestly, I think that's the only reason people still like Borderlands. Gearbox are still the only ones who've managed to make loot that's worth a damn. If you're not a fan of the series, but are interested in playing a "looter-shooter", I'd recommend playing any Borderlands except for this one. If you end up liking the writing style of previous games, then definitely give Tales from the Borderlands a try, the writing is genuinely great, though it's a point-and-click adventure rather than a shooter like the other games.
they didnt ask rhys actor back for BL3. Or Claptrap. fuck gearbox.
Yeah, they butchered those characters too, especially Rhys. It's like Tales from the Borderlands didn't even happen. Every character is horribly written. I don't think they cared one bit about what fans wanted from the story. I bet no one on the writing team even played any of the Borderlands games.
No, it isn't. Otherwise, they would be paying me to play it.
For a woman that supposedly hates Epic now, you still like to bring them up a lot. You're practically advertising for them with this post.
I'm not a woman, and they don't make any money if someone downloads a free game.
They do however get your information when you make an account. When a product is free, you are the product. They also get access to your computer, which is something Epic already abused in the past.
i wouldn't play it FOR $60.
And yet it still costs too much.
