All parties pay reparations to blacks on the condition that they return to africa, Africa's part in this is making sure they build 42 million suitable residences with foreign loans and contractors and protecting reimigrant blacks from price gouging with strict laws for vendors and merchants and make laws requiring receipts while facing scrutiny from an independent reimigration board which by treaty will have the authority to impose punitive damages for violations, what africa gets(in theory) is a multi trillion dollar financial investment which will create a middle class and will raise the average IQ in most countries by 5 to 10 points for the next 2 decades and a reimigrant labor force with an average IQ 20 points above their existing force many of these people have enough capital and knowhow to invest in businesses. They will have to agree not to tax these reparations for 15 years.
America pays between 150-300k a head with the goal being to deport 100% of blacks whether they go willingly or not. All of you will screech at this cost but it's a cheaper upfront investment than letting them reproduce here ad infinitum, the average black is a million dollar drain on the federal treasury in a lifetime pay them a third of that to be gone forever and we can actually pay down debt and reform our education and criminal justice systems, in 30 years we could be back down to where we started minus interest and afford all the programs lefties want like universal healthcare free college and housing and UBI.
