The takeover of the American legal system. This is a extensively detailed and must read article on how the legal system has been completely subverted by leftist ideology. (bariweiss.substack.com)

I just don't see anyway back from this stuff, especially when you look at the demographic replacement which this piece ignores. The only hope is withdrawing from the mainstream as much as possible to build our own nation within the nation that acts as a sanctuary from all this shit.

It's basically a race to see if we can outlast the system. If it keeps unraveling, it won't be organized enough to get everyone.

Of course, then we'll have to deal with whatever other globohomo entity decides to play vulture.

Though, considering how horrible at keeping things running they all are, there's a good chance they'll all self-destruct.

Some will, unfortunately. The reality, however, is that these freaks don't make anything. The system will collapse if everyone who did the physical labor just decided to give them the finger.

I don't want to catastrophize, but I fully expect a Cambodia-like death-spiral in our lifetime. The elite, media, governments, and law are all whipping up a frenzy of vengeance built on entitlement. They have no idea about the monster they're creating in order to garner clicks, or sway voters, or whatever other short-sighted end-goal they're pursuing at any one moment.

With social media acting as an amplifier for confirmation bias bubbles, it's only a matter of time before things spill over. At this point, they're either pretending they don't see it, or are doing it on purpose. Either way, they won't be spared by the rabid maniacs that they've spawned.

That's about the only consolation I have in all this.

If you watch Nick Rekieta's streams, he mentions this a lot. The legal staff they hire are all clearly woketard Central Urban Liberal Types (CULT) and when they move up positions of power they don't change their ideology.

One of the first things you can do to help fix this (you need time and "communist removal" to fix it in the long term) is to change our law system to Civil Law. Currently we have Common Law which allows judges and the like to use "precedent" to "interpret" laws in certain ways that can undermine the original intent of the law over time, as well as block the ability to enforce those laws properly. When you had "Hawaii judge" blocking all the things trump was doing that was Common law allowing him to do that, using other judges biased judgments to legitimize his own decisions, effectively making judges law makers. Lawyers are only half the law system and they often go on to become judges anyway, by removing this corruptive piece of the system, you can begin to remove the rest of the communistic pieces from it in other ways as well as slow their spreading influence while you do so.

That's what you get when you surrender the universities. Eventually, every job which requires a degree will be filled by products of those corrupted shithouses.

It's more of a symptom of our elites betraying us. Universities produce exactly what the elites want. They're a tool.

In August, the Arizona Supreme Court announced that the state would no longer allow peremptory challenges at civil and criminal trials. This came after a pair of Arizona judges launched a petition arguing that peremptories perpetuate “discrimination.” The New Jersey Supreme Court is considering a similar move.

Holy shit. I had no idea this happened.

This article is linked on ycombinator. Should see what the tech aware rank n file think.

Tells you why for the stupid pay they get, why they can't be bothered to care for the censorship they enable.

Y-combinator and their ilk should focus on what they actually know: tech. I wouldn't trust them with literally any other topic.
